I would be hesitant to take it, it contains several ingredients that can actually mess with regular cycles (Dong Quai, Chasteberry (also known as Vitex), soy isoflavones (which normally would not be taken all cycle), and PABA.

Personally I would just stick with a regular prenatal vitamin that has recommended amount of folic acid, as you have no idea how those additional items could affect you.

Are you having ovulation/cycle issues? If not it is best to avoid things that could actually mess you up. With no known issue less is often more when it comes to supplements.

I do have normal cycles. I was thinking it could screw things up a bit. But I'm kind of at that point where I'll try anything. I know there has to be something that isn't right since we've been trying to no avail for 2 years. I just don't know what. Testing isn't something we can jump into for a while. But DH is going to get a SA since it's a lot cheaper then testing me, but he is waiting until the end of year. IMO, it's been long enough, but he doesn't want to spend the money on it if we aren't going to need it.
But if he's good then it will be me, which I already think it is, and I don't know what I can do that is natural. I just don't know what else to try since most herbs seem to affect cycles.

I actually like Rainbowlight prenatals - if you need smaller pills they have minis you take more than once a day. They are food based for better absorption.
I looked at the ingredient list and agree with Halifax - there are some herbs on there that sound dubious.
Also no vit D-3 that is important for ttc.
I take a B-complex along with a prenatal.

AnnaJuly- I think I saw those at the store and your not the first person to say that you liked them. I like that they are food based and can be adsorbed better. I think I will look into those instead. I also picked up a vit B complex to go a long with it, but it's one formulated for more energy. I'm always so tired feeling, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to take that too. Especially if I get more energy out of it.
