I am happy to see this thread is still going. I have been extremely fertile getting pregnant the first time on all 3. One of mine is 18, so we wanted to try for another. I got pregnant after many months, but sadly lost it after 8 weeks which was not only devastating, but I am sure it happened again early on. I was so confused, and I know as you get older things change but why so drastic? My OB did many tests and said my hormone levels were great but saw nothing out of the ordinary, then months later my regular dr did a full blood panel and said your D is still low, it was low last time. So I started looking into this and low and behold see how low D affects so much. I was so tired all the time and had a hard time losing weight also. Now I am taking much more D, eating D foods and getting more sunlight which was never a problem before. I guess it wasn't enough. I also take other vitamins as well, but at this point we were not trying anymore but I can't help but wonder and a part of me wants to try again as I am otherwise very healthy. Now I have so much more energy after the few changes. I hope this works for everyone trying to conceive.
