Hi everyone,

I dont know if im posting this in the correct place... I basically would like to know how your job has affected you when ttc.

I have a very stressful job physically and emotionally where i work with children with autism in pre school. They are all different but come with alot of emotional attatchment and some of them can become physical and very violent.

I was wondering if anyone was in a similar position where you moved job etc if it was affecting ttc?

Thanks any advice is appreciated

I think when you are trying, being in a stressful job doesnt help, but lots of people still get pregnant under stressful conditions. I just found out I have mild polycystic ovaries. I also have a stressful job. The fertility specialist I am seeing mentioned that stress can affect ovulation, however I think it is worse if you have any other underlying conditions.
