Pam so that is just your clinic that offers that deal?

I guess it is somewhat similar to what ARC offers?

I have to see if I can talk my DH into ARC. But I am guessing that 3 tries is what... $40,000????

OH! And to all you recent BFN's, or those are thinking BFN before beta, you should read Benney's new thread on the IVF section. It's crazy!!!

quinn- Where do you live? Im glad you like the menapause thing. Maybe we should use that. ha ha about little miss. Oh no i can tell your a vengence today.

Kim- Yea I want to move to the buddy group section.

Pam- 3 for a 2 deal is what I like. They dont give much money back. That's not really good. That thing with benny is crazy.

It's funny cause I was looking for a name and never thought about using something I have always thought. But I do think we can use that. If everyone likes it. Pam your idea was cute too. But something that shows us not giving up. cause we are all fighters.

Well girls I would love to say I had some good news but I started spotting a bit yesterday and today so I called my RE to see if I could push up my beta and she talked me out of it saying we had to wait till Friday. So I came home and the spotting has pretty much turned into AF??? So I took another test and it was a bfn so I now know for sure I am out I am 9dp5dt- 14dpo It would show by now. So I have told friends and family and I will go in for Beta Friday knowing and hopefully the number will be super low so I can just be done and not have to repeat any test.

Not sure why it didn't work, I know I dont have a blood clotting thing because I have had that workup I had my thyroid tested before and that was ok so maybe antibodies??? I know my eggs/ embryos were good until they got inside me so maybe somewhere in there its bad? I had the hysto before and my uterus was great so who knows???

I think our next wont be till Jan but I will try for Nov (but I am pretty sure DH is wanting to wait he thinks my body needs to heal)

Heath: I am so sorry! I feel that I will be in your boat come friday as well.

I vote for its not over until menopause!!

but quinn, you made me laugh today, and that counts for so much!!

do you ladies think I should do a hysto next to look at my uterus? who knows, just trying to troubleshoot and since the embies were normal, I would think it would have to be my uterus?

Heath - I'm so sorry for your news. Are you on PIO? I had major spotting / bleeding before my BFP... Who knows!

Jules - I'm sorry you're feeling down, too. I think a hysto is a great idea, even if just for peace of mind.

Heath my dear, so sorry girl. I think it is hard to really explain why it didnt happen especially this being your first time. Wait and see what the doctor thinks.

I like the menopause name

Quinn- at least you made me laugh, I needed it.

Heath- Cant belive AF came on PIO. I'm sorry. I know it's so upsetting. Maybe do a have an endrometrium biopsy done to see if your lining is ok. Thats all I can think of. Im chalking mine up to not the strong embryos were chosen. Sometimes they just arent good quality. I think the two frozen were the good ones.

Jules- I think we will do that name. Im glad i had something people liked. I seem to never come up with names for things. It might be work it to have the hysto done. when was the last time you had one done?

Pam- I think 3 for the price of two is a good deal. I just dont like the rebate part of it. But if the program is more geared to getting more for less then I think it's a good plan.

I heard Fed Ex is hiring and they have IVF coverage. It is for an office job. I hope I get it. I have another girl on this site just got a job there and is getting her insurance at the end of month and she has coverage. She will let me know the details when she finds out more.

Quinn - You cracked me up!! Good One!

I love the 'It's not over til menopause' too!

Heather - I'm so sorry for AF showing up. I know your aggrevation with being 'unexplained' and wondering everytime it didn't work. Why? Why? It's got to be a uterus/implanting problem right?? It just sucks! I hate the fact that AF showed up and they still want to prolong the agony. I had AF show up on progestrone too one cycle. :( BIG HUGS

Mere - Really Fed Ex insurance covers IVF???? My whole family works for them in Canada!! lol GL with getting in. That would be awesome! Good job too if you get in the office.
