Hi ladies, for those of you who got your bfp's this cycle (Congrats again!!!), can you remind me how many days past transfer did you have your first bfp on a home test? Oh, and did you do a 3dt, or 5dt? I'm on day 3 past a 5 day transfer, have tested out the trigger, now I'm wondering when to test again. I have no symptoms, although I know it's early :)

Thanks for any advice!!

Jlo - I've been wondering when you would test!!! I got my first super faint bfp 4dp5dt. At 5dp5dt it was undeniable! Keep in mind I am pregnant with twins so my betas were pretty high. I know it took some of the girls a little longer to start getting faint lines! I can't wait to see your BFP!!

Cat - Where are you girl? I'm thinking about you and hope everything is ok!

Thanks ladies!! My hubby really doesn't want me to test, but I don't know that I can resist! I may hold off til Tuesday, that would be 6dp5dt. Although my RE said he's had LOTS of ladies have negative home tests, come in crushed for the BETA, and end up being preggo! He said when they test that early (just 9 days past transfer), the BETA's are sometimes low.

I'll post something in the POAS **WHEN** I have my bfp (positive thinking!!!)

Hi Ladies. Sorry for my absence. Trying to get some sleep and distract myself. The nurse said to try not to worry as it is likely more related to the suppositories or and irritated cervix. Of course I am still worried as it is like PTSD from the last time when it started out and I was told not to worry. So I am just waiting until my ultrasound on Tuesday unless it gets worse. (It is very light right now).

Raven: I can't believe how stressful your little bean is. I am glad the bleeding has stopped and I hope she settles in soon:-)

Cindy: Glad things are going smoothly.

Mommy: Great pictures.

Jlo: I don't really test early so can't give advice on that one. I am too devastated by BFN's.

Hugs to all, C

He sd they are about 1 inch...he didn't. Give many details...just sd everything is perfect. He knows that I obsess so he stays pretty vague and only tells me what he thinks I need to know. Which is ok with me.

jlojenjen - I'm probably not the person to answer the question of the bfp. I started seeing lines around 4dp5dt and then got a really good line at 7 and 8dp5dt. My first beta was only 31 though, so I'm assuming that a better beta would've shown up sooner. Good luck testing! :jump: :jump:

Cat - I'm so glad that you're only spotting, but I know how stressful any type of bleeding can be. Rest a lot and drink lots of water. Tuesday seems forever away, but try to stay calm if you can. :hugs: Keep us posted.

U/S this am: Fetal heart rate was 103. Doc thinks he found the source of the bleeding - a hematoma close to the baby that he thinks has bled out. He still wants me on limited activity for another week when I have another u/s scheduled. I'm hoping to get released to the OB then. I just want a week without bleeding!!!!

Raven - So glad your ultrasound went well and they found the cause of the bleeding. What a relief.

Raven- I'm so glad things are still going well and the little heartbeat is just beating away! It's great that your doc found the hematoma so you have a reason for all of the bleeding, and now you know that most likely everything will be just fine. So happy for you!

Cat - Thinking of you and your U/S today. Will be checking back for your update. :fingersx: :fingersx:

Mommy - I hope the high risk doc calls you soon. I hate waiting!! :x

I have NOT picked an OB yet. I keep putting off doing stuff because I'm still not sure this will keep going!! It's so frustrating. DH asked yesterday if I had any idea who I wanted to go to and I was all :dunno:

Would you mind sharing who you recommend as a doctor? I've only been here for 9 months and figuring out docs is a struggle when living in a new area. Also, where do they deliver. I have an idea of where I want to deliver and think I know where I do NOT want to go, too. Thanks!

Hi Ladies,

I had my u/s and it is twins!! They saw two little ones and some fluttering heartbeats around 100 bpm and they are dating it at 6 weeks exactly (still a bit too small to measure anything). I return in two weeks for another ultrasound and to see my RE (barring some unfortunate disaster) and then I am discharged to OB. They hope to see the heartbeats above 125 at the next appointment. They saw a little bit of blood around one of them but said it was normal and again reassured me that spotting is normal (not quite sure what I think of that).

I'm in a bit of shock (as is dh who looked at me and said "two" )and praying that things continue to be good!
