We went through a fresh IVF cycle, then 2 rounds of FET. The second FET took and we not have a 5 year old. We then did another fresh with no luck, 2 more FETs, with no luck and then the third FET we got our second daughter who is now 2.

Trying another FET with our 2 last frozen embryos soon and hoping for the best.

Myself and my girlfriend had been trying for 7 years. We were sent to the nhs, who said her infertility wax unexplained. We tried chlomid for 1 year with no success and therefore it was decided to move to ivf.
Attempt 1 - 1 blastocyst transferred day 5 BFN
Attempt 2 - 2 embryos transferred on day 5 but were only day 4 quality (morula) BFN
Attempt 3 - 2 day 3 embryos transferred on day 3, BFP but worst day of my life 5 weeks later (ectopic pregnancy) left tube removed.
None of our cycles produced frozen embryos as the quality reduced by the day.

We were debriefed and told that although we did get pregnant, our embryo quality was an issue and it may take several further attempts (£6k per one)

We decided to try donor embryo adoption as the embryos would be top quality

We were delighted to get our BFP first time and as write this my girlfriend is 20 weeks with a scan photo of a baby girl. I hope and pray we get to see her in November in full health.

As a man, I want to wish all of you extremely brave gals the best of luck. No words can ever describe what it is like to go through what you are doing and the deep sadness we go through in our journey. But please trust me, when you get that BFP there will never be a feeling that will match it. Keep strong x

Hi.
I tried iui in July didn't work.
On my first Ivf now. And I just had my egg retrieval on Monday. Only had 6 eggs they removed. 4 fertilized out of the 6. So I'm not sure how many will last to blastocysts as of yet. My doctor recommended to do one more cycle to get more eggs and do another egg retrieval. I'm so stressed. Also I'm choosing to do genetic testing since I'm over 40. Any advice on genetic testing

I got pregnant on my 1st IVF..... I truely believe it is because I did PGS testing on my embryos when they were 5 day blasts.... I made 40 eggs... 19 fertilized ...12 made it to blast.... and out of that... 4 were normal, 2 abnormal, 4 mosaic, 2 inconclusive.... one of the best looking was abbormal.... if I had not done the genetic testing I may have transfered embies that would never have survived! Also, I did a frozen transfer... so my hormones could neutralize and we transfered when my hormones were optimal!!! My transfer was 3/20/17... and I tested positive 4/24/17!!!!

Hello, everyone. Me and my husband had gone thought IVF twice in USA. After them both being unsuccessful we were looking into other options abroad. We looked through IVF forums like this one and one clinic that stood out was Intersono IVF in Lviv. The reviews were great and we decided to try our luck. We were so afraid of another unsuccessful try that we took part in a Guaranteed IVF progam in which we could had unlimited IVF tries until we received a pregnancy. We ended up going through 2 more programs. I ended up being stimulated back in US and them I would fly in for my embryo transfer since I had work.
It was 4 IVF tries in total, but I couldn't be more grateful to the clinic abroad for helping us become parents. If any of you need any information I'd be grad to tell you all about it.
