Ana, I'm happy to hear you're doing well at 36 weeks! And, I hope the baby doesn't feel so large on the way out! You'll get to hold your sweet miracle soon :-)

Ash, good luck!!! Please keep us posted! Thinking of you :-)

AFM, Evvy is just over 4 months. She's doing great, sleeping 11 hours straight at night and lots of good sleep during the day! She's a sweet baby and big sister Violet is very good with her too. I'm still on cloud 9.

Hope everyone else is doing well. Again sending you prayers tomorrow, Ash!

Hi ladies- How could I forget to update you! Ahhhh....

Well yes my transfer is finally tomorrow! I started PIO injections over the weekend and everything is looking good. We are hoping all 3 embryos survive the thaw and plan to put all 3 in if we can. I will keep you posted!

Ana- Can't believe your 36 weeks! I feel like things have moved quickly. Have you gotten over your fears and set up for baby? Do you have a name picked out? Getting excited? I can't wait to see a picture of that beautiful and well deserved baby girl.

Shew- Good to hear that Evvy is doing well. Sounds like you have a good sleeper on your hands!

Hope all you other ladies are doing well. I cannot believe its been a year since some of you got your BFP's in the May/June ivf cycles. I'm hoping to follow your footsteps with a BFP following this transfer!

Hi ladies-
Not sure if you are still checking in, but thought I would update.
I had a WTH (what the heck) appointment with my doctor. I have officially been moved from the unexplained infertility category to the premature ovarian failure category. I knew it was coming but what was discussed is really that without donor eggs, there's a good chance I will never be able to conceive my own child.
I haven't made my mind up yet, because up until today I was against using donor eggs. I just don't know if its for me. I am very undecided/on the fence about my feelings.
My doctor has agreed to continue trying iui cycles, while knowing the chances are slim. So just to give me some piece of mind and know that we are not giving up we will be trying iui. But we are going back to basics, no injections....just letrazole, trigger and iui. Bare minimum monitoring and bare minimum meds.
While doing my hardly any chance iui cycles I will be researching and doing some deep sole searching to see if using an egg donor is something i can come to terms with.

Hope you are all well!

Ana- Any baby yet?

Hi Ash,

I don’t check in as much as I used to but am still trying to follow along with your journey. I am so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. It must be rally tough and feel like you are hitting one barrier after another.

How are you feeling now about donor eggs? It really is a tough call. If it helps any, which it probably doesn’t, my cousin has two boys from donor eggs and I really don’t think she could be more in love with them, or happier with her family. I don’t know what I would choose. I hope you manage to think everything through and manage to get to a conclusion that you are comfortable with.

Good luck with your IUI cycles. It is a lot to put you self through but I hope it isn’t too painful and, more than that, I do hope that you get your baby.

No baby here. Just a very large bump. I will update if anything exciting happens.

Lots of love Ash; I will be thinking of you.

Ash, I'm so sorry...what a difficult time and dilemma for you. Whatever you decide, I hope that you find peace. In the meantime, I'm hoping for your miracle iui baby...which can happen! :) my heart goes out to you and your hubby...what a challenging time.

Ana, can't wait to hear an update on your baby!

Afm, the twins have been keeping us insanely busy. They just turned three months old last week. Baby boy bfs like a champ but baby girl went on boob strike two weeks ago. So, I bf baby boy, and pump and bottle baby girl. Sometimes I go from one feeding cycle to the next without a break. But, they have just started to smile and coo so we are embracing every moment!

It has been so long since I visited here but I think about you all often. You were all such a huge part of my journey. Not only IVF but also the recovery from losing twins at 17 weeks. I couldn't have done it without you and the other ladies on the earlier board. Thank you all so much. I would love to hear how you are all doing and what is going on in your lives. In the meantime, here is a picture of Sadie. She is much happier since she has been treated for her terrible reflux...
