Does anyone know what the income qualifications are to qualify for medication discounts with these programs?
Me 39; DH 41; TTC #1 since June 2011
Sept 2012: Diagnosed w/ POF/DOR FSH 20, AMH .1
Jan 2013: CD 3 FSH 5.8, AMH .34
Feb & April 2013: medicated IUI's failed
IUI #3 6/24/13; 3 follies; BFP 7/5/13! 14 DPO Beta 406 /16 DPO Beta 968
MC 12w3d 9/5/13
IUI #4 11/15/13; 4 follies; BFN
2/16/14: Start IVF Microdose Flare; converted to IUI #5 due to 1 dominant follicle; BFN
4/12/14: Start IVF Antagonist Protocol with Estrogen Priming; converted to IUI #6 due to dominant follie; BFN
June 2014: IVF Antagonist with Estrogen Priming, ER 2 eggs retrieved, both fertilized with ICSI;
3 day ET 2 grade A embies; BFN
3/15: IVF embryo banking with Dr Sher 1 snow baby so far
5/15: Second banking cycle with Dr Sher

i do not know the numbers, but i do know that EVERYONE who applies will get some sort of discount. Last year when i had my IVF cycle, it covered 80% of my gonal-f pens. I am by no means rich, but not poor either. I don't think they actually tell you the specifics when it comes to income qualifications etc. Not sure if i was of much help, but i can tell you no matter what it will not be a waiste of your time.
ME - 27 - No fertility issues

I just found out that not all pharmacies participate in the First Steps program. We were able to switch our prescriptions to one that does participate -- worth looking into because it could be a difference of hundreds of dollars!
Me: 36, low progesterone/ovulatory dysfunction
DH: 41, healthy
19 months TTC #1
IVF Oct/Nov 2012, BFP! DD born at 41 weeks 1 day
13 months TTC #2, 1 year break, then 2 more months TTC
FET Jan 2015, BFN
Freeze-all IVF May 2015, 2 snowbabies
FET July 2015, BFP but m/c at 5w1d :angel:
FET Sept 2015, BFN
IVF with fresh tfr Sept 2016, BFP, DS born at 41 weeks

Update: We got 45% off our Follistim and Pregnyl (hCG). For reference, we make $48,000 per year.
