Thanks everyone, we are beyond excited!

@babyluv: we did 3 day transfer and had my beta drawn on day 11 post transfer. You read alot of stuff on the Internet, but on average what I find is day 10 is best to start testing. Are they open on weekends?

@nicole: all my fingers crossed for you. Like I said before, I thought AF was coming everyday. Everytime I went to the bathroom I was expecting to see it.

@sd: great betas! Looking forward to U/S :)

@herman: Friday is going to take FOREVER! lol. Keep us posted!

@ baby luv- we always had our betas scheduled 14dpt. I think our clinic likes to ensure strong 1st betas. All my research and advice from nurses says that Anything before 10days is too early, especially if you took an HSG trigger, which can slew results. Hang in there

Herman - I agree I will have to wait until Monday I don't want to, but who knows. I feel positive about this one I think i'm pregnant already, and it' s only been 6dp3et, I feel different than what I did last time. I mean last time I felt nothing I mean nothing other than fat and bloated. But this time I'm getting the little cramps and twings etc..., we will see being positive.

@babyluv: hopefully "different" means this is IT!

*Finally* got my Day5 report: 6 of the 10 fertilized eggs made it to day five blastocysts! There's a 7th that they're going to watch until tomorrow to see if it makes it too.
The solid 6 have been biopsied and are now frozen, and if the 7th makes it to tomorrow, it'll get biopsied and frozen then. It takes 7-10 business days to get the chromosomal screening report back...probably around the time I'll get my first post-ER period, woohoo!

@momorph: 6 or 7 frosties is AWESOME! Chances are so much higher that you'll get a BFP with normal embies, so yeah for you.

Nicole: I feel you. Friday is my u/s and it is taking forever, I totally agree. Just breathe. What am I saying....it's going to be an eternity!. Babyluv, you're right there too. Hang in there.

Tiff/sd- how are you feeling? I'm starting to get very nauseous in the am and in between meals. No vomiting yet, but I think this is my last non-sick week. It's feeling worse every day.

Afm: the only thing to report was that my 5 yr DD lost her 1st tooth on Monday. She was so excited when the tooth fairy came. Warmed my heart.

@nicole: Still hanging in there and no sign of AF? Just two more days!

@herman: Aww... the tooth fairy, so cute! I'll bet she was so happy this morning!

@babyluv: Hope you're staying busy and distracted!

Got my final frosty numbers! The 7th wasn't progressing enough as of this morning, so 6 five-day blastocysts is it!
They graded them:
1: 5AB
2: 5BA
3-6: all BB
So the samples are off for PGD/CCS testing now...hope these 7-10 business days fly by!

@Herman - random waves of nausea in the evenings and exhaustion. Lately I've been eating lunch at my desk and taking naps on my lunch lol.

I know I've asked before, but who is taking progesterone shots? Mine are getting unbearable the last few days :(

@herman Im having minor sore boobs, some fatigue, and i am CONSTIPATED! It sucks but trying to eat better and drink lots of water. I also think my taste is off. I made chicken last night and i thought it was super Spicy that i couldn't eat it but hubby and sister didn't think so. I hope your nausea is not as severe a your last pregnancy! Congrats to your daughter!

@tiff I'm taking crinone which is the vaginal gel suppository. I don't know why they just don't do that for everyone. So much more tolerable. I'm sorry you are having so much pain with them, but it also might be you're body overall just being more sensitive. At least i feel my body is like plucking my eye brows hurts a lot now.

@momurph congrats on all the frosties. I hope they all came back with stellar reports! .

I can't wait to hear about more updates from you guys! My US is a week from today. Hubby and i are super excited! We can't wait!
I found this video on you tube and loved it! It's pretty cool!

@Momurph – Yup different means this is it!!! I feel it, and see it me being a mommy. I work from so the time goes by very very slow, gut this week I’m busy so I like that at least I’m doing something. I think I would go crazy if I had nothing to do.

@sdhimmer – Waiting definitely sucks. Nope I promised myself not to POAS until beta which is 10/05! I did POAS last cycle and I was so sad I did it day before my beta and all I see is bright single line, and than I hate the if’s and the but’s if it’s not positive and the stress that comes with it.

@Nicole – Good luck on your beta, did you POAS?
ASF - I'm 7DP3dt I felt really bad cramps last night I mean during day time it was here and there almost like big pinch, but last night was really bad and then all the sudden it went away so that was nice. I went to draw some blood they asked me to take some more pills which I have to go pick it up at a pharmacy she said something like to increase my pregostone level. And of course they said Oct 2nd is way too early they had me Oct 7th for beta I said No no no so i'm going OCT 2nd specially I’m not POAS I want to know so bad!!! I think this is it for I feel it, but than again I don't want to get my hops high.

@tiff- I'm doing progesterone and estrogen injections and yes they are killing me now. My clinic said that id everything looks good on Friday then I should be able to go to the vaginal inserts for the progesterone, but still have to do the estrogen shots every 3rd day thru week 10. I'm hoping the bloodwork is good so I can ditch those oil shots.

@sd- taste changes are normal too. I seem to remember stuff not tasting right when I was preggo. So far I haven't noticed too much, but I have been cooking a lot lately trying to stock up on meals for the family before it's unbearable to open the fridge.

Momorph- 6 is still a great #. I'll be following your progression on the oct/Nov thread.

Hi all! made it to wednesday night! @herman we just have to get through one more full day!! @baby I didn't POAS. I am actually terrified to do it. I almost don't even want to answer the phone when they call me with my results on Friday. I am so scared of a negative!! @momurph those are great results!

I am on crinone gel too. I actually just called to refill it and got the awesomely pleasant news from the fertility pharmacy that I have reached my lifetime maximum of 15,000 in fertility drug coverage. I can't even believe that just one cycle's worth of meds cost 15 grand. I was and am so so so upset. If this cycle is negative, I don't think we will be able to afford the meds alone for another one not even including the copay for the acutal cycle. we will have to hold off for a while and save up. which would just suck. I am praying so so so so hard- harder then ever- for a BFP. My DH has been calm and positive this whole entire time and when I told him this- it was the first time I heard worry in his voice. I just need to stop getting bad news ! It is time for good news!!!

PS this progesterone is making me a crazy lady. I am always so moody and burning hot!!!

okay guys have a good night !

@ Nicole, keep faith. No AF means so still in the game and don't worry about the costs until you know for sure this one is over. We were in the same boat, that's why we took 2 yrs off after out ivf#2, had to raise money. BUT one more day and you'll know for sure. Lots of happy sticky thoughts for you!

@ Nicole - Are you ready for your beta tomorrow? I'm so excited for you, as we both did not POAS, so the beta day is extra special for us.

ASF 8dp3dt, and I want to POAS but will not. My DH was like you are not allowed to hide and POAS lol I guess he knows me well. I promised him I will not do that. Still have that big pintch sensation here and there usually on my left hand side but it's not bad as it was 5&6dp. I'm praying to god and being positive for this round. That's all we can do. :)
