I'm glad the FET went well! I think it is totally fine! I think your doctor is just trying to be extra cautious, but there are plenty of women who went to work, walked around a lot, etc. and they had successful IVF transfers. I guess I just figured "better safe than sorry," and it meant I got 2 days off of work, which was so nice because I was completely stress-free following the FET. I think more than being horizontal, it was being happy and non-stressed that really helped, so try to relax as much as possible!
Do you plan on testing early? If I could do anything differently, I would hold off on poas until at least 5 dp5dt (especially with FET and 1 embryo). I tested early (the morning of 4dp5dt, which was technically like 3.5 dp5dt) and drove myself crazy trying to figure out if there were two lines on the tests -- by 5dp5dt, there was definitely something there, and by 6dp5dt it was obvious.
