I did a 5day transfer on 12/5.. They told me not to pee after admissions but since I have bladder issues after my firstborn, I knew I wouldn't be able to hold it long. I drank the same amount I usually would each morning (maybe 20 oz?) and ended up peeing three times while waiting, still had a full bladder for the transfer and in fact ended up crying through the last half because it hurt so bad having that dang ultrasound probe pushing on my bladder! The super kind RN let me stop and pee on my way back to recovery otherwise I'm fairly certain I would have wet myself.

First beta is tomorrow. Quite anxious!

Hi Nicole! I moved to this thread too. Welcome! Congrats on your transfer.

My RE doesn't want a full bladder. It sounds miserable what you girls are going through.

FINALLY started AF! Only 10 days late. Hopefully I can get in and get a clear sono and we can set a date for transfer. What a pain in the butt.

I got my beta results this afternoon and it is a BFP! We are so happy and can't believe how lucky we are to get a positive result on our first completed ivf round after trying for 2 years. Trying to get my head around it but at the same time feeling very cautious which I'm sure will continue until I have a baby in my arms!

This is kind of random and probably tmi... But two things kind of discourage and I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences. 1) I've felt cold all day today... I I feel like my estrogen isn't going up 2) while placing my suppositories... I swear I felt my cervix! I've never felt it before. It's always seemed so high and in no man's land that I could never feel it.

I tried looking up what it means and all I could find was that your cervix drops before AF. So I'm kind of bummed if this is true. :/ anyone else had similar experience?

@Raina all I'm doing is taking a baby aspirin and occasionally drinking bone broth. I also cut out caffeine (coffee).

Today I started to feel really achy. I'm either just sick or maybe it's a good sign?!

@savy how are you feeling? have you tested yet? I think I'm going to test in the next day or two. It's kind of a blessing and a curse that we find out our beta right before Xmas.

last IVF cycle I had so many symptoms. I was so crampy, my uterus felt heavy almost as if I was about to get my period. Everyone told me that was normal and some others even told me that they felt that too and ended up with a BFP. I ended up with a BFN. I think all of the symptoms are probably related to the meds like the progesterone -that's why I wouldn't read too much into it. It can go either way. Right now I don't feel any of the same symptoms as last time so I am taking it as a good sign but I did have a day 3 transfer instead of a day 5 so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I know what you are saying but this is different for me. Having taken progesterone before I never felt this way. But starting to think I'm just sick... Just feel chills, slightly sore throat. My son had strep a week ago and a bunch of ppl I know got it as well. Blah :/

2 things...
1) I got sick last night with a stomach bug and threw up a couple times. Still feel icky now. Hence the ickyness I felt yesterday.
2) I took a test and bfp!!! It showed up right away! Just praying that this is for real and I get to keep this baby!
