Hi there,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm wondering if anyone can help me..
On the morning of 6dp5dt I had slight brown discharge on the tissue after going to the toilet. We was so happy because we thought that would be implantation later on in the day I started to have light bleeding.. so I thought I was getting my period ever since then I am now 10 days past, I have light bleeding on and off one time I can go to the toilet and there will be nothing and another time I go and there will be light bleeding, nothing like a normal period for me, I have slight cramps now and again but barely noticeable and no where near anything compared to period cramps.
I am sure this is not my period & I don't think this could be implantation? Has anyone had this during ivf?!

I had spotting and very light bleeding starting 7dp5dt and I was pregnant with twins.Are you on progesterone?Have you tested at all?!
I think you should get a beta done and test your progesterone levels.

Aw wow! That's good news & congratulations!
Yeah I am on progesterone pessaries? Tomorrow is the day the clinic gave me to do the test.
I don't think we do beata tests in the uk? I'm not sure I never heard of it though!

Ty,sadly i lost the pregnancy at 22w but is ok.
Yeah is the NHS doesn't do betas in uk but i think you can do it privately,make sure to get tested for progesterone,is very important.

Have never experienced implantation symptoms.. So tough to endure this thought when being 40 years young..only AF symptoms arriving with each of my failed ivf cycles. I believe I had them both times worse than usual. Or my mind was just tricking on me. I wish I could share some of the implantation symptoms signs one day. Be blessed always.

It's really hard to predict what it could be. Have you checked in with your doctor? I think that's your best bet. It could be implantation bleeding. However, it's better to be safe than sorry! You should get a professional opinion. Good luck to you! I hope it's an unlikely BFP!

It could be both to be very honest. When this stops first do a test at home. Just to see what the results will be. After this, I would say visit your doctor and ask for her. IVF is a pretty unpredictable procedure. Therefore anything can happen. You just have to stay positive and calm. I hope there is nothing to worry about. However, it is important to visit the doctor. They will really answer your question. My first IVF cycle failed however, we are going to give it another try but with a different doctor. I am really hoping for the best. Good luck to you. This is so relatable! I'd suggest you stay hopeful. It could work out. Don't worry too much, IVF doesn't always work out in the first attempt. My prayers are with you. You can make it through the TWW, don't stress out! Sending you lots of baby dust.

I should also mention that sometimes progesterone can mimick AF. Also implantation can mimick AF symptoms. I had a 5 day transfer and started feeling AF crampy after 2 days. I know this is so stressful. What your feeling is totally normal. Scary but normal. When is your beta scheduled for? Fingers crossed for you. BTW, a little bleeding is also normal.
