How successful is IVF treatment

Postby sumitasofat12 » Wed Sep 13, 2017 5:25 am

Your IVF success chances depend on the type of infertility, age and the technical expertise used in an IVF centre. Women who are older in age have reduced IVF success chances due to poor egg quality, anovulation, and sperm quality. Women aged under 33 have 40% of successful IVF treatments and the older in age, the decreased chances

However much the advanced procedure offers the best solution to infertility, IVF has related cons or risks that a couple, most especially the woman must watch out for. These include;

Ovarian Hyperstimulation
Multiple pregnancies
High expenditures
Complications during pregnancy
Ectopic pregnancies
Failed procedures
Recent studies show that women who attain advanced fertility treatments increase their chances of heart disease.

it mainly depends on a country and a clinic

Hi, will absolutely agree. It depens on the case and clinic which performs treatment. I'm 40 yo now. dx - endo & PCOS. Our previous clinic suggested using own eggs as it was sure we'll do it. But we never did. We passed 2 rounds ivf which resulted in BFN and a complete heartbreak. Our new clinic recommended to look onto egg donation. They told us own eggs won't work successfully. So we put great hopes into the next try with de. We're thankful for their being honest to us. Because infertility treatments are expensive and the least thing we'd want to experience is wasting our money for another failed round. All the situation with treatments depends on the chain of conditons. So one should be very attentive with the choice.

The ratio of success seems to be quite correct and that’s what I found on the internet search.
It’s been one of the popular techniques that could help people to overcome fertility problems. It particularly depends on the age of women, quality of eggs or semen whereas studies also show that success rate of having a baby depends a great deal upon a type of treatment you have selected as they might go for IVF or donor egg.
This ratio or result might also vary from state to state or clinic.
There are various clinics available that are giving max success results with their efforts. All you have to do is pick the best one available according to your circumstances.

Hi! Dropped in make a little update. We've made strong decision to book a 5 shot de ivf package. We'll pay more, but we'll have guarantees. In case of failure they refund all money paid. Meds and services are included into the package price. Noone knows how successful the first try will be, so we want more not to be left aside. Good luck to all with your cycles!
