Hey Yasmin, I hope you are doing good. I am no professional but I would suggest you to go for IVF. I know how infertility kills one from inside. A life without a baby is nothing but a nightmare. So do whatever it takes to have a child. This way you wont ever regret in future. Please make your decision wisely. I really wish things work out for you. Good luck.

Hey Yasmin! Hope so you will be fine. I just read your post. I really felt so sad to know about your condition. It's really a painful thing. Well, IVF is a great option to have a baby for you. There are some clinics in Europe that are best regarding IVF. They also provide their customers with gender selection offer. I think you should go there. Such clinic has a good reputation and high success rates. I hope it will be fruitful for you.

Hey Yasmin, Hope you will be doing well today. Yes, you should give it a try. But while you go for IVF you must study it with detail. There are equal chances of success and failure at first few attempts at IVF. Get your treatment done by a clinic in Europe. They treat their patient to their satisfaction. They 'll provide you with the best guidance. Goodluck.

Hi there)

I believe if your fertility specialist advises to undergo IVF treatment than it is a chance for infertility couple to reach desirable pregnancy. When we were told that IVF might be an option for us we both agreed that we should try it. We knew that it might need more than 1 or even 2 rounds. Thus we decided to have a treatment somewhere abroad. We made some researches and find in the internet biotexcom clinic in Kiev which provides 5 rounds of IVF for around 30K euros. Honestly, we didn’t want undergo treatment there but it was the best option according to the price. Well, we haven’t expected on the positive outcome. The clinic wasn’t so luxury and had a lot of space. But it was that place which gave up our little Adrian. So, now we believe that it doesn’t matter how look like the medical centre. I really appreciate to modern medicine which gave me a chance to become a mother. I believe you should try IVF treatment. My advice is to be positive during the treatment and everything will be OK.

Good Luck)

Amy4678 wrote:I am in the same condition. Well, I had a hysterectomy. It was because of endometriosis. According to my experience, I wouldn't suggest IVF. See, it's risky to conceive when you're already experiencing problems with reproductive organs. It's going to waste money, time and health (in most cases, not all). I would say, go for surrogacy.

As far as I know some clinics have requirements for couples tending to opt surrogacy. Among those genetic or life threatening diseases. Dr's certificate a woman cannot carry a baby herself. Multiple ivf failures, if I'm not mistaken, at least 5 failed shots. I guess this is hardly possible to come to a fertility clinic and say we want surrogacy package. Anyway, this is my personal opinion, it's worth going ivf unless the former poster has nothing against using donor eggs. (As far as I've understood she lost both of her ovaries after operation, so own eggs usage is out of the question.) She can carry kids herself so why to have another woman involved? Or did I mistake things? Did you undergo surrogacy yourself?

I'm sorry you found yourself here looking for advice. Sorry you're facing this roller coaster. If you've been left without ovaries after operation, you'll need to use donor egg for ivf. Hope your dh's semen is just ok. I cannot see the reason why you shouldn't opt for ivf but surrogacy as mentioned in the posts above. You are healthy enough to carry pregnancy yourself. Why then have sb else to do this AND pay at least 32k euros?? I truly believe you should go for ivf. I've experienced 2 cycles at a clinic home with own eggs with no luck unfortunately. Then went for donor egg cycle abroad. Got bfp after shot#1. I'm in the 1st trimester now. I've got loads of things to share, so feel free to ask. The best of luck with your further research. Stay well :hugs:

Hey, hope you are doing well. Yeah IVF is worth procedure. IVF Is worth trying. You should go for IVF. But if you are not sure, you can go for surrogacy also. Surrogacy is actually safer like normal pregnancy. I found it more safe and efficient. But do choose the procedure and clinic carefully. the clinic i am undergoing my surrogacy is the best. They have higher success rate. The doctors here in Biotexcom are so professional and experienced yet so humble and kind. The procedures are so reliable as well as reasonable. The staff is so kind and supportive. I will highly recommend you this clinic. In fact the clinic is organizing an event soon. I don't know the date and venue. You must contact them and ask them about it. They will guide you better. And do visit that event. They are best so far. You will never regret getting treatment from them. Best of luck!

Hello Yasmin, Im really sad to know about what happened to you. Im sure you had recovered from the incident. It must have been very astonishing for you. A couple usually dreams of their own baby and when women can't conceive then honestly that's a terrible thing that can happen to her. Well everyone has their own perspective due to different experiences. In my views, Surrogacy and IVF both are amazing procedures. And these treatments are changing the lives of the infertile people. It's just about what complication you are facing and what your doctors recommend. I believe we should undergo the procedure our clinics recommend. So the most important part is to find a good clinic. I had surrogacy from the clinic in Europe which went very well and successful. I think you should visit them once. Im sure they will guide you better. Stay blessed!

Hey! I hope you are doing well and good. I would love to share my story with you so that all your confusions about IVF get erased. I got married 5 years back. I was declared infertile after 2 years of my marriage. I was so depressed as having a baby bump and a baby in my hands was my biggest dream. I used to cry all the time but then my husband consoled me and suggested that we should go for IVF. We asked many doctors and searched for the best clinic for this process. We got to know about a well-reputed clinic which is in Ukraine. We contacted them and when they responded and emailed us all the details, we went there and had IVF. It was really safe and I was pretty satisfied. Now, I am pregnant and soon I will have my baby in my hands. I would suggest you go for it. This clinic is a dream place and they treat and guide so well.

VeronicaStrafford wrote:Hello i hope you are good. Im sorry to hear that youre diagnosed as infertile. I wish you the best of healths. Yes, IVF is worth the try. However, i would recommend surrogacy. This is because, it is painless. IVF is a lot of hassle as compared to surrogacy. In IVF you have to take care of a lot of tiny details. I would suggest you to approach the clinic in Ukraine, it the best of the best. Highly reliable.

Both options are good. But seems surrogacy is not that easy to start with. In Ukraine they'll want dr's cretificate from you saying you cannot carry pregnancy yourself. Or that you've faced multiple ( at least 5) ivf failures. Or that you cannot hold the baby the needed term. Though it's quite smooth, fast and more affordable there I agree.
IVF is no doubt worth to try. Here I'd suggest looking onto guaranteed programs within clinics.

May I ask several questions. I think it'll be useful for those considering treatments in Ukraine.
How much did you pay for your package?
Services offered?
Your dx and previous treatment attempts?
How many rounds did it take you to conceive?
What did you like most about the treatment plan at your clinic?
Anything one should be aware of before coming to this clinic/country? TIA

IVF is one of the best procedures for infertile women. I know it sounds scary and painful but it is good. There is a clinic in Ukraine, they have high success rates. I have registered with them for a different procedure. However, I have heard that their IVF success rate is really high. In the end, these things vary from person to person. But it is worth a shot. I will pray for you.
