My dh ate pumpkin seeds too and coq10. He also did acupuncture and all of that combined made his sperm go from 1-2 million to 40 million and I believe the quality went up as well.

Unconventional, I just wanted to add that our earlier doc who had prescribed my DH some medicine said it could take upto 3 months for a substantial improvement. My DH took the meds for just over 2’months and it made a big Difference. I would check with the doc if your hubby should do a SA before you start the ER process cause the latter can be quite taxing (as you know ) on your body. Better to be give it more time than do it too early..

Rosey, when Will you be doing your next cycle? DH and I have decided to wait a couple of cycles and do our next IVF cycle end of may/beginning of June. We're traveling to London beginning of May as well as a little change of scenery and fun before we start the next cycle.

Unconventional, I think I might also try again June as I want to take DHEA for at least 3 months before attempting again. Just started a week again. Hopefully we will be ivf and bfp buddies soon

I hear that Ramadan fasting is starting in mid May. Would you go for retrieval and transfer during Ramadan?

That's great rosey. Yes it will be towards the end or ramadhan. The doctor said it would be fine but not to fast on the day of retrieval and the day of transfer.
