I temp and check cm. Although this month I didn't chart the cm because that seemed to mess up my chart the last few times so I kept having to back it all out. So I did check it this month and there was some EWCM, but not as much as other months, but I still had some. It's back to creamy now and for a few days there was a lot, now it's only a little bit. Super nauseous today, but that's normal for me around this time, so that's nothing new. Just really awful today, so it would be nice if it was because of implantation or something instead of the changeover in my hormones with more progesterone, which is from what I can understand why I get nauseous around or a little after ovulation. Crazy hormones!

CD21 last night and we BD'd without protection ... I think we are ok, I should have O'd on the weekend and should be in the safe zone. Countdown to 4 weeks from now, I am excited about getting PG, hope it doesn't take too long.

Sometimes CM confuses me so much. I wonder if what you eat and stuff changes it? And some months there is way more than other months. I wish it was easier and we could get pregant any time during our cycles, not just O time! Geez our bodies are so complicated.

This Friday I will be getting laser eye surgery done. I have had glasses since I was 12 or 13 years old. Finally will be rid of them after 20 years! So happy. Thanks to my dad, he's paying it for me. He got it done a couple years back and then he was telling all us kids he loved it and we should do it too and he'd cover it. Excited, but nervous too!

I wish it was easier too!

Good luck with the eye surgery! I have worn glasses since I was about 7 or 8. I now wear my contacts most of the time and I have REALLY bad eye sight. I just haven't had the guts to do the eye surgery yet. It scares me, but I hear that it would greatly benefit me even though I would still likely need a light prescription at some point. Let me know how that all goes!!

Doc told me I would have 20/20 vision. I thought my prescription was pretty bad but he said it isn't. I am at -4.75. He said he was -11, and he knows in the future he might need a touch up.

I have always had problems wearing contacts. And just recently I couldn't go two days wearing them in a row. I had to wait like a week to wear them again. The doc said when he was checking my eyes that the left eye was much more dry than the right one. That's the eye I always have problems with and gets red a lot. He said no wonder I have trouble wearing contacts.

I am glad that I am doing this now, before we TTC. No more hospital pics with glasses! I am also thinking of getting veneers to fix a gap in my teeth and make them longer, they are too short. Ah, with the ongoing weight loss too, I will be a whole new person LOL!

DH and I BDed after a week last night! Yikes, that won't do when we are TTC! But it's just much more fun when you do it after a week, and more excitment and you enjoy it a hell of a lot more!

In my contacts, I'm a -7.5 and have a slight astigmatism that is corrected for in both eyes. I hope that one day I can do the surgery for that!

Good luck with yours! I would hate to wear glasses all the time, so I feel for you. Did your doc say anything about how pregnancy affects your eyesight? My doctor told me that it can affect it, so she advised waiting until after having a baby because pregnancy can change your eyesight/prescription, even after lasik. She also said it changes after 40, so it's like, what do I wait for? Besides the money factor....LOL!

I'm so excited for you though!

I have the astigmatism too, so they are able.

No didn't talk to my doc about that. With DS it didn't change much so I think I will be ok. And they said that if they do ever need to go back and do more on my eye, I am a good candidate for that because of my eye shape, they are more rounded or something like that. And I get a lifetime guarantee, so any check ups and prescription needing fixing, everything will be covered.

That's great that you have a lifetime guarantee and all that goes with it! I didn't know that was possible, so yay!

I see your temp shifted up today .... how are you feeling about this cycle? Any symptoms out of the norm?

Nothing out of the norm at this point. I'm terribly nauseous today, but that unfortunately is normal every month. My doc thinks it's because of the shift in my hormones after O that causes this. Some months it goes on for about 2 weeks and others not as long. This month it didn't start right after O, but it's a really yucky feeling and is one of my worst months of it. So it would be really nice if it was because I will be getting a BFP, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I'm 8dpo today, so it would be too early to test. I don't think we had the best shot this month, but what do I know. Last month I felt we timed it all perfectly and got a BFN, so maybe this is it? Still just trying to be relaxed about it. Definitely not trying to spot symptoms and make myself more crazy. :)

Well you know what they say when you are more relaxed about it, more likely it will happen, or when you are not even trying, it will happen. Been there, done that, twice! This month we timed it to avoid O time, but I didn't really check my CM and I don't temp, so we'll see what happens. Wouldn't that be funny to get a BFP when I am on my "break" of TTC, LOL. I am ok either way, if it happens, fine, if it doesn't, the true TTC begins in June!
