Symptoms: Pregnancy v. Progesterone

Postby KFinNY » Tue Mar 13, 2018 8:32 am

Hi all! I am currently 10dpo and am wondering if anyone knows the difference between symptoms of pregnancy versus effects of progesterone. I had my IUI 10 days ago and have been on progesterone suppositories for a week. I've been feeling tired, crampy, and have had a lot of back pain. I don't want to read too much into it since I know progesterone can cause a lot of these things. Are there things that can be symptoms of pregnancy that CANNOT be confused with progesterone effects?

Unfortunately not because the reason we get pregnancy symtoms is because of progesterone so there really isn't ever a key symptom or telltale sign. The only way is to take a test, i know how long the wait can seem, I remember my tww when I did IVF, Good luck :)
