Hi ladies!

I'm sorry, but I'm feeling too lazy and down to do real personals. I apologize.

My temp was lower today than yesterday, which puts me at 2 days of low temps. When this occurs, AF usually arrives either tonight or by tomorrow morning. I have my typical pre-AF 2-day headache going strong, so I've abandoned all hope of this cycle working.

KMP - I'm glad your surgery went well, and I can't wait to hear what findings the doc has for you!!! Please KUP!

Jen/Paris - I'm soooo happy that your DH is receptive to IVF! It's so funny, b/c you thought he'd never even be on board for IUIs!!! Seems like you can talk him in to most anything ;)

I hope to catch up properly tomorrow. I think I will be feeling better by then.

Paris-If your asking if you ovulated either yesterday or today then unless your temp goes down dramatically then your ovulation day was yesterday. It is kinda weird that you got a positive opk today though. Maybe there was some lh remaining in your urine from last night. Bd tonight to seal the deal. :D

Lisa - Sorry you didn't respond as you hoped with Femara. Hope the smaller ones were able to catch up.

KMP - So glad your surgery went well and I hope you get great results soon.

Aleena - Hope you don't have to move on to IVF, but I do understand the frustration. I have only done two iuis and I am so over it already.

Alina - Hope your IUI went well, and fingers crossed for a BFP soon.

Megan - Sounds like your timing was perfect. I am also so paranoid about missing O day.

Trying - I am also having my IUI tomorrow. We can be cycle buddies! Yay for three follies! That is the most I have ever had and I kind of wish my doctor would put me on something to make more follies. Good luck to you!

wannab - Good luck on the job hunt, I just graduated college in Dec. and am also job hunting without much luck. I am almost relieved because I couldn't imagine doing treatments and dealing with the stress of a new job. Hope you find something you love soon!

GA - Yay for a postitive OPK! Seem like a lot of us are within a few days of each other. I'm a GA girl too, but am living in South Carolina now. In fact, I'll be there this weekend at the lake and my RE is also in GA.

Sorry for everyone I missed. I ran out of time. I am having my IUI in the morning and having to get there super early because my RE's office is in the same town as a very popular golf tournament going on this week. DH says if we conceive we'll have to name our baby Tiger. I'll be at the lake for the weekend but I'll check in on my phone.

I 've had my IUI done today, seems everything is OK. Now I am in TWW. Planning to do HPT next Sunday, if I have patience to wait that long lol. I did not do Ovidrel this month, so no worries about having positive due to trigger HCG.

Thanks, yes I have one folli on R side, BW was good too. I did OPK just to make sure... I had a surge today in the morning before IUI. My nurse said it is very good, so hopefully it is. I felt that I O-ed around 4pm and my IUI was at 11am. So timing is OK I suppose.

Alina: Baby dust to you!

Kara: Boo :( See you are CD1. What's your plan for this cycle?

Jennifer: Lots of luck to you tomorrow!

Paris/Jen: I had a stronger + OPK today along with peak fertility on the monitor. I'd watch your temps over the next couple of days. Are you able to BD tonight or tomorrow morning?

Wannab: For me, Ovidrel tends to stay in my system 10-12 days, but everyone is different.

AFM: I'm considering yesterday a "weak" +OPK as today's is even darker, along with a peak reading on my fertility monitor. I thought I felt a twinge around my ovary earlier today, but who knows. I may check a temp tomorrow to see if it's gone up; otherwise, still no temping for me.

I'm so ready for my RE appt on the 26th. It will be great to reevaluate everything with our RE and to hear what he is thinking.

Morning all (and by morning, I mean 3:30 am),

I'm desperately fighting a bout of nausea through some Gravol right now, so I thought I'd give you all the lowdown on my surgery while I snuggle with my purring kitty and wait for the rice cooker to finish working its magic on a bland snack for me. *edit - I defeated the nausea and the rice is ready*

I did go to work Tuesday morning, then came home and showered and my husband and I got to the hospital for 1pm, as instructed. We checked in and went to the day surgery area; the nurse here was hilarious...we were actually laughing out loud! They gave me the lovely hospital garb to change into, and we thought we'd have about 2 hours to kill, but at 1:25, they said the OR was ready for me! My husband gave me a kiss and I was wheeled away!! It turns out my surgery was actually scheduled for 2pm, but they failed to tell us this.

I didn't even get an IV until I got into the OR! Within 5 minutes of getting in there, I was out like a light and woke up in recovery around 2:30 or so and was moved to the ward until around 5. They kept me so long because I felt really nauseated, so they put me on a high dose of Gravol and then something else to combat it too. Needless to say, between these meds and the morphine, I was in zero pain and very, very groggy when we left the hospital! Wednesday morning was a whole other story...I was pretty sore all day, especially in the belly button! Pain is better today, and I seem to have gotten away with not having any of the shoulder pain from the CO2, but the T3s are wreaking havoc on my stomach yet again!

I am seeing the fertility doc on Monday, and I asked the hospital to forward a copy of the findings/report to her as well, so hopefully it will get to her in time and we can get some answers. The receptionist for the doc who did the surgery said that if she had found something significant, she would have spoken with me. I thought that was pretty shady, but we're taking it as a good sign.

As an aside, I've had EWCM (even with being severely dehydrated) the past two days, so I took an OPK today, just to see. Well, it was positive! We're not trying this month, but it's good to know that my body is doing what it's supposed to do, even without meds! Next up will likely be an IUI around mid-May.

Sorry so long...good luck to everyone who is IUIing or just having good ol' fashioned sex this week!

KMP - It sounds like you had a pretty good surgery, except for the nausea. I get very nauseous from anesthesia too.

ga - I did BD last night and temp was down a little, but it is still looking like I might have O the same day as my first +.

alina - great timing on your IUI!

jennifer - GL with your IUI today! I hope that you conceive your baby Tiger!

megan - I usually tend to get positive OPKs for at least 3 days. Then I usually give up testing. The LH seems to stay in my system for a long time.

Kara, I'm sorry that you feel like you are out. I'm going to go stalk your chart now!

AFM - We did BD last night to hopefully seal the deal. As I told ga, my temp was down a little, but it still looks like I might be in the TWW. I'll know tomorrow. I plugged in the same temp I had today, and it will give me CHs, so as long as my temp doesn't go lower tomorrow, then I'm in the TWW.

Hey ladies! I'm super busy as usual but I'm going to attempt to catch up. I apologize in advance if I miss anyone, I'm going off the TR.

Kara - I saw AF started for you yesterday :hugs: What's your plan for this cycle?

Paris Jen - I never had a chance to say anything yet but I like the new pics from your cruise. You've got a beautiful family! As for your OPKs, I noticed when I was temping I'd normally O the same day as my positive OPK. The times of almost positives made me switch to using digi OPKs. They're more expensive but at least I don't have to interpret lines anymore. Hopefully your BD timing was good and you'll get pregnant the natural way. And if not, that's great that it seems like your DH is on board with the IVFs. It's silly sometimes the games we have to play with our DHs. With mine I have to wait and let him think it's his idea to do something  As long as we're both happy it's OK.

KMP - I'm glad your surgery went pretty well and I hope that your stomach goes back to normal soon! You'll definitely have to update us on what the dr says Monday. Hopefully everything went well. Also, that's awesome about the EWCM! It's great that your body is working without meds. Maybe it finally learned what it's supposed to do!

gapeach - Here's hoping time flies so you can get to your RE appointment sooner. Hopefully he/she will have a good plan for you. Congrats to your brother and his fiancee! Weddings are a blast :D

Alina - Glad to hear your IUI went well. That's pretty nice not to have the HCG in your system. My trigger stayed forever last month. Are you planning on testing earlY?

jennifer - How did the IUI go today? at your DH wanting to name the baby Tiger! The day of our IUI when we were bringing DH's sample to the clinic we had to write his name and the date on the cup and he said "If you get pregnant this month we'll be able to tell our child the exact day they were conceived." He also asked if I got pregnant would our kids be lazy because the sperm didn't have as far to swim.

Rachel - Last month I had 10,000 iu of Pregnyl and it was still in my system around 12dpt. I think I skipped 13dpt but by 14dpt it was finally gone. I hear ya on work being stressful and crazy! If you do quit I hope you find a job you like soon!

Talia - Good luck with your IUI today! I'm sure at least the 17 and 15mm follies will mature and hopefully the 13 does too. Let us know how it goes!

Megan - It sounds like your timing was great this month! Here's hoping your DH's super sperm did the trick. Geez you'd think with so many of them in there at least one would find it's way to the egg huh? Good luck this 2ww!

Waiting Jen - That's crazy that you're having so many days of positive OPKs. I'm not sure if you should "trigger" or not. You normally O on your own right? Although I'm not sure if your body would do something weird because of your recent loss. Of course I"m a couple of days behind. What did you end up doing? Oh, never mind it looks like you did do the shot - I just looked at your chart. It looks like you got some good BDing in so here's hoping! Oh and if those boosters are going to expire before you can do another medicated cycle I would totally use them. It can't hurt right? It'll just make your HPTs unreliable for a while..

Aleena - at you for cheating :D Hopefully you get some good follies this month. Good for you for temping! I do it off and on but it's been so long since I've temped I keep forgetting to do it until it's too late  It's nice to have that extra info though.

Lisa - I don't think that your mature follie is too big. Although I kind of have to agree with you about Femara. I feel like it made my follie develop too fast that my lining didn't have a chance to catch up. Or maybe that's what by body normally does - I don't know but like you I'd like to try something different next time. Wow you sure got a lot of BDing done! My poor DH can't keep that up! Anyway, I completely understand that you're bummed. I just hope you'll get your miracle soon!

Whew! I *think* that's everyone but :hi: if I missed anyone!

AFM - I am completely EXHAUSTED! I practically have NO me time - except mabye when I'm sleeping. One thing that sucks about this time of year is people are so needy and even when I'm home I've got my family members bugging me about their returns. These past couple of weeks have been pretty miserable. Usually April makes me excited because it means we're in the home stretch but now I just feel like it's taking FOREVER to finish. We've got 10 days left and it feels like every minute just crawls by. I've been so tired since this past Sunday and it seems like I just can't shake it. I know I'm in my 2WW but I've been awful. I've been drinking a crapload of caffeine hoping it'll wake me up. Plus every now and then my wreck pain will act up and I've been taking advil. Oh and don't forget the drinks at the end of the day to unwind  I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel I just feel like I can't see it yet. With all of this going on I am SO happy I postponed my IUI. I've been WAY too stressed out to have a successful cycle!

Cassidy, I'm glad that you are at peace with postponing your IUI. The main thing that I've liked about my un-medicated cycle has been no appointments. It is a struggle for me to get DH to stay awake to watch the kids, when he would normally be sleeping.

I printed out the forms for the ARC IVF refund plan. I'm not sure if I'll be excepted because of the recurring fluid in the uterus, but I'm going to try. I'm going to bring the forms with me to my biopsy on the 18th, so I can go over them with my RE.

I keep trying to post, but it thinks I'm a spammer!! Ugh, please go through!

KMP - I hope you heal quickly!! That must be promising that they didn't tell you anything, but I would be anxious to find out! I had a friend that did a Lap, and they actually didn't find anything - BUT it must have made her more fertile because she got her BFP the next cycle! Good luck!

Aleena - Yayy for ovary action! I hope you get a few nice follies! When is your scan? *grow dust* :)

Megan - Woohoo for perfect IUI and BD timing! Now come on BFP! FX!

Paris - I'm anxious to see what your temps do! I have O'd on the same day as a + OPK before, but rarely. FX for your natural BFP!!

gapeach - I hope you are Oing! Hopefully you'll be knocked up before you go to the RE! :)

waitingtobemommy - Have you O'd? Did you take the booster? Keeping everything crossed for you, my dear! Come on sticky natural BFP!!

Jennifer - Good luck with your IUI!! And LOL @ DH wanting to name your baby Tiger! haha :)

Talia - Woohoo, nice follies! Good luck with your IUI today!! FX!!

Alina - Sounds like excellent timing! Best of luck!!

Kara - :( Again, I'm so sorry about this cycle. I hate this for you. :hugs:

wannabmommee - My Ovidrel stuck around for like 9/10 days or so I think. I took it this cycle, too. I hope it doesn't linger for too long! I hope you job stress lessens - that sucks!

babydust2me - Ugh, sorry about all the stress! I hope things calm down soon for you! Hang in there! :hugs:

:hi: to anyone I missed! Good luck everyone! :babydustb:
AFM - Thanks for the positive words and encouragement! I'm feeling more optimistic now, especially because I've been having O pains since yesterday on my right side - where the 2 smaller follies are/were. My stupid temps are not showing ovulation yet today! Hopefully it'll spike tomorrow. I'm sure today HAS to be O day, especially due to when I took the trigger.

Hey girls!
Gloomy rainy day...Yuk...Hard to believe it is April. I'm sooo ready for summer, beach and mojitos! Hopefully not so much mojitos this summer ;)

Kara - hope you are feeling better today... It just absolutely totally sucks! Honestly...I have a hard time understanding why in the world you did not get pregnant this cycle.. I completely understand your need to take a break.
That's exactly what I have in mind for us if this IUI doesn't work. It's weird... this is the first month when I am 100% accepting the idea that we're an infertile couple and this might take a while longer.... Every single month I was angry, frustrated, stressed out and totally obsessed. I feel defeated and tired but finally accepting it.. Of course we'll keep on going and doing whatever it takes but I'm just very decided to not let this control my life anymore. It's waaay harder not to obsess than to obsess but I'm trying my darn hardest! I had a rude awakening last week after the BETA drama realizing how much I consumed myself and what a mess I was. DH and I had a long conversation the other day and I also realized how much stress I'm putting on him as well. Poor DH fought a bad sinus infection for more than three weeks without medicine because he was worried about messing up his sperm.. We also talked about making things exciting again in the bedroom (I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about). Yeah it was a lot of fun in the beginning and it still is sometimes but...the truth is things can be better and they will. We are going to have date nights ;)
I'm a little off course with the peronals...sorry!

Talia - everything is looking great for your this cycle! I'm curious to hear about the IUI! FX for your sticky bean. What's the plan for the TWW? Are they putting you on anything?

Paris Jen - We're also looking into the IVF package. The one my clinic has costs 20k but you get 5 (or 6) fresh cycles (without meds) and they guarantee a baby in your arms or your money back. One cycle is 11k so it only makes sense to do the package deal in case we have to do it more than once. Your chart looks nice! I also think you did O!

Cassidy - my God girl! you need a vacation when this is over! make sure you plan out something nice for you and DH...you deserve it! I've been swamped at work too but it was my fault because I was too busy obsessing over pee sticks for an entire week...

KMP - wishing you a smooth recovery... :) that's a shame you're letting all that EWCM go down the drain...literally .. You're leaving for the Keys pretty soon, aren't you? I'm sure a few mojitos will make you feel a whole lot better!

Megan - where's you chart? I don't see it in your signature.

Rachel - I remember your trigger going away realtively quickly. Some of us are not that lucky. I think last month I was still seeing something faint close to 13dpt.

Gapeach - have fun at the wedding shower! at least the first part of your TWW is exciting ;)

Alina - good luck! no meds this month? I agree...not taking the trigger is so mush better... but we do what we have to do, right?

Waiting Jen - where are you baby girl????? What's is your HCG schedule?

Lisa- Holy smokes girl! that's a lotta :bd: you had going on there!

Aleena- My chart is up now :) What's going on with you? What new things are you trying this cycle.

Lisa- Ovary action sounds great. You may not have a lot of follies, but I'm sure they are better quality follies on femara. And it's quality not quantity that counts. :D

Paris- I hope you don't have to do ivf, but if you do, will you do the refund program, or go with a program that is one price for 3 full rounds?

Babydust- Wow, it sounds like you did do the right thing postponing the IUI, with all that going on you probably have no time to really think about making a baby. BUT, I do think you cursed yourself by saying you are too stressed out to have a successful cycle. Now you are going to get your bfp just because you said that. :D FX for you!

KMP- Sounds like surgery went great! Sorry about the nausea though. Has it gone away some yet? That is so frusterating that they didn't tell you right away what they found.

Gapeach- So what is your RE appointment for? Is it to change things up and start more invasive treatment?

Alina- I think we will be testing on the exact same day. I like to wait as long as possible so I can postpone disappointment. lol. I hope we both get bfp's. And I'm glad your IUI went well.

Jennifer- How did your IUI go?

Talia- 3 follies sounds great! Did you do your IUI today?

Wannab- I understand about the stressful job when trying to make a baby. Infertility is so not fair cause technically its not a disease so we can't take off when we are overly stressed or mourning the loss of another bfn.

Kara- I'm so sorry about CD1. Dang I totally thought this was your month with the 8 follicles. If I were you I would do the EXACT same thing you have decided to do. IVF is the way to go for you girl. You have tried long enough. The money spend will be completely and totally worth it! I hope you are able to relax during your 3 month break. And just think, once you start IVF, you will probably no longer be an Unexplained infertile. A lot of people figure out what's wrong with them via IVF. Just imagine having answers!!!!!!

afm- I am so sick of sticking pills "up there". I am on 200mg 3x daily. Apparently my RE has me on the dose that they give to women undergoing IVF. I hope this progesterone works. My mom texted me today and wanted to know if I would go to a baby shower with her tomorrow. I told her I was 110% positive I did not want to be surrounded with a bunch of baby stuff and pregnant women. I would probably ruin the whole shower anyway by crying.

My Folllies were 22, 19, and 17, so, the first two will most likely pop.

Posting from phone so it will be short. Iui went well 24 million after wash. Kinda bummed it was his lowest yet but doctor said anything over 10 is good. I am spotting now never had that happen before. Hope little tiger.is on his or her way. Hell I would name.our baby cheetah if we could just get pregnant this month. Doctor said we would consult after this cycle and talk about other options. He mentioned mini ivf which is only 5k. He didn't go into it today. Does anyone here have any experience or.thoughts about it?
