I got the results from my blood test this morning and they're not good, my hcg level was only 23, the nurse said it could be a chemical pregnancy. I have to repeat the test again on Wednesday. Bummer, for sure.

@ Juliet81 Congrats on your BFP also!

Hoping you guys have great beta numbers

AFM I just had my cd9 scan and I already have one follicle at 20. My lining is a 9.5. My RE wants me to trigger tonight and iui tomorrow. I asked if I could possibly wait a few more days to see if any other ones would catch up but they didn't seem to think that's a good idea since the others are too small.

Trying not to already be bummed about just 1 follicle but really wish I had at least 2!

@ Jean789 - Welcome! and yes technically although my iui was cancelled we did the deed at home (on 12th/13th) anyways and so far things are looking good!. I am going to wait out this week for the most part before I test with a FRER just been using IC OPKs so far and they all seem to come out positive. We'll see I'll be happy either way because I will have already nailed it or I can move onto the next cycle.

@ LinnyB - it only takes 1!

@ Agusia - I'm sorry its playing out like that. Hopefully you get your BFP soon. your comment made me feel great!

@ KelseyJo - I'm not going to lie your comment made me giggle and yes it was soo nice to hear it from someone who understands the struggles

AFM - I am still feeling bloated and tired but those could be from a number of things. I am just heading out to the pool right now get my swim on. Will keep you posted as it goes. Baby Dust and Sticky thoughts for us all!

Our TTC Journey 8 years so far!
This is 2015

Me - 29, PCOS and type 2 diabetes
DH - 37

Started TTC December 5,2006 we spent 2 years TTC naturally. nothing was happening so I got depressed and gained a whole bunch of weight. Spent 6 years working on living a healthy lifestyle, and thats where we are today.

First IUI medicated CD1 Feb 25th/2015- Femara 5mg/day CD3 - CD7 , Menopur injection CD6 150 iu. Follies only grew 3 - 5mm and lining was only 2.5mm so IUI canceled started progesterone March 9th/2015 (AF expected in 2 weeks)

Second IUI, AF has arrived, have u/s on may 19th start 150iui menopur tomorrow for 5 days

Hi ladies, it's looking like this first iui will be a bust for me. I'll officially know tomorrow when the beta results come in but all urine tests have been negative. I'm really not surprised, I responded very slowly to the clomid and it delayed ovulation a week for me. I'm at peace and ready to move on.

For this next cycle, since I was so slow to respond to just the clomid, RE wants to do Femara days 1-5 AND clomid 50mg days 3-7. Have any of you ladies heard of using both? I'm having a hard time finding much info when I do a search.

Thanks...appreciate any feedback ♡
3 early losses (natural bfps)

5dp5dt bfp :D
Beta #1 10dp5dt = 264
Beta #2 12dp5dt = 699

@augsia Sorry I didn't see your beta number post before my last one. Fx your numbers go up on Wed. Maybe it could also be late implementation?

@ jean789 Welcome and wishing you luck on your bfp. How many follicles did you have?

@ onestepcloser You are right it only takes 1! Fx for you too this month

@Keeptrying15 sorry to here this cycle didn't work out for you too. Wishing you luck on this next cycle. I never tried clomid but have heard some people can have better results with Femora if clomid doesn't work.

I triggered at 6pm tonight ( my mom had to do it since my DH had to work late) IUI scheduled for 11:00am tomorrow.

@Linnyb

I had 3 follicles on my day 10 before the IUI. 20, 17, and a 14. I've had that number (3) before with no luck so we'll see. Never a 20 though

Husband came back with 29 ml and 99% motility. You think ONE could figure it out!? Ugh :-)

So got my beta back and it's at a low 29. Ughhhhhh!!! They said to stay on the progesterone and go back Thursday for a repeat. We'll know more on what the plan is after the 2nd beta. I had a feeling it wasn't going to be good with the really faint urine tests and my lack of symptoms. Now for more waiting...

@Jean789 Your numbers look great! Do you have a beta test scheduled?

@Juliet81 sorry your beta was low and it's back to more waiting....not knowing is the worse feeling

AFM had my IUI today. No cramping at all this time so far. DH's sperm count was only 9ml this time but motility was 90%. He has had a upper respiratory infection with fever and been on antibiotics which RE said may be the cause for the lower count. Officially in the TWW......

Thanks @Linnyb. I wish I could be excited but we are the hope for all the couples out there with low numbers and poor motility. We have OK numbers and great motility and we still have nothing after almost 2 years :-( never a BFP.

no beta is scheduled. To be honest I'm not quite sure what that is... My office goes with the call us if your period is a day late. Otherwise call us when you need to start the next cycle.

Feeling frustrated and poor. Not sure how many months we are in for injectables. No insurance help for us. Good luck with your TWW!

@Juliet81 thinking positive thoughts for you

I had my repeat blood test today, hcg levels have gone down to 9.
Not sure what the course of action is now, do any of you ladies know if we can we try another iui right away?

Thanks Ladies fir the support!!!

@agusia So sorry for those numbers. That totally sucks! I think I may be in the same boat:( I've been told with a CP, I could start right back up after I got my period since it was so early. So I would check with your Dr but I don't see why they would make you wait. Hopefully next time around brings on better results!
I'll check in with you ladies tomorrow after my 2nd beta.

@ augusia - I'm so sorry for for what your going through what a teaser huh!, I hope things turn out positive soon 8)

@ Juliet81 - Thats a bummer to hear as well!

AFM I'm calling it for this month its a bust. If I'm wrong and AF doesn't end up showing up then amen! lol but I am more then positive she is right around the corner. Tested with a FRER today and stark white BFN. *Swallows Hard* no biggy tho as I am excited to move onto the next round. I am going out to GNC to pick up Fertility Blend for Men and Women and my DH and I will both be taking them for this next cycle and we will see what happens. But I am going to scoot over to the april board and start in with the gals there. I will pop back here to let everyone know if a BFP does show up tho! Baby Dust to us all!!

Well all my good symptoms dried up this morning. Pretty sure the trigger shot is out of my system now, boobs feel normal, no longer starving and tired.
Feeling completely normal.

Sorry about the negatives ladies.

Not sure about when you can do another IUI. I think they have to wait until your levels are zero, however long that takes hun.

@Myshelsong we are very similar in our journey. I just had my fourth IUI but it looks like the Dr are giving us similar medicine and amounts. I had mine on March 13 a few days before you. How are you feeling?
