Hi Everyone!!!

@Laney,
I'm 6/7 dpiui. I am also trying not to symptom stalk either. However, this is my first iui so I have no clue what to expect. My stomach seems to always burn or feel tight. I am assuming its the gas :( In addition I seem to have a constant discharge. Now this is seriously annoying preggers or not. Is this normal? What do you think? Best of luck for the remainder of your tww! Hope you get a BFP!

@alethia - it's so hard to know!! My symptoms seemed to have dropped entirely. I was definitely feeling sleepy, cramps, and riddled with headaches last week, and then Friday and this weekend: nothing. I told myself I'd wait until 13 or 14 dpIUI to test, but of course I caved. Tested yesterday at 8 dpIUI (test below) and saw a very faint line. Posted it to another site that allows users to vote on whether they think it's a positive or not and got an overwhelming 80% saying it looked positive (with the other 20% saying unsure or evap - no votes for negative) so of course I was ecstatic. Took two more today and they were both obviously negative. UGH. I'm an idiot for testing too soon and getting my hopes up. Going back to the original plan of waiting until Thursday, but I'm already feeling disappointed.

Hoping you have a better TWW that I've been having!!!

Laney- definitely looks like you're getting something there! Let's hope it sticks! Did you do a trigger shot?
Yael- you start counting the first day past your iui, so today you would be 10dpiui. Either way, still way too early for any symptoms! One more week!

We went for our day 12 u/s today, kind of disappointing. Several small follicles on the right and 16mm on the left. RE is having us do opk's from now till Wednesday morning, although i don't really see a point in doing it. He's going to see us again anyway. I've never gotten a + opk in the past, and we always do hcg trigger shots. Thoughts anyone...
Best of luck to all of you in the TWW!

@Forever - yes, took a trigger shot. I hope it sticks too, although after the two obvious negatives yesterday I'm getting a bit down on this cycle. I WILL stay strong and not test again until Wednesday or Thursday though!!!! I fly out to Napa on Thursday for a wedding Friday night. I'm going to have to make the call on whether to drink or not, so I'm just hoping a BFP makes it an easy decision!!! Otherwise I'll be sitting in wine country surrounded by all my friends who will be downing alcohol like college freshman wondering whether my negative is a real negative and whether taking part in the Napa experience is going to seriously backfire.

Is there a reason your doctor isn't doing a trigger shot this time around?

Hi ladies, I had my first IUI on June 19th and 20th. Trigger shot on 18th. This month I did femera, ovidril shot and am now on the progesterone suppositories. I had 2 eggs measuring at 20 the day of the trigger shot. I tested out the trigger shot and it was gone 8 days after taking it. I am getting really nervous I know I do not have a good chance of it working buy my hopes are still up. A little background I have 1 daughter who will be 9 in a few months, it took me 3 years to get pregnant with her. I have PCOS. We have been trying for number to close to 7 years now. 5 years I went with the whole when it happens it will happen, well it didnt happen :( So the next year I use ovulation test, then I did 5 months of clomid finally went to a Fertility specialist in May 2015. He test my husband twice found out his counts are borderline normal but morphology were very low. I do not always ovulate on my own, he ran so many test and bloodwork and those are the two issures we have. He said on our own we have a 1 percent chance and wanted us to go straight to ivf. I do not have 20 grande laying around so second option was iui which insurance pays for, he wanted me to do injections 2000 a month, I could not due that either. So here I am. I go for bloodwork on July 2 I will be 12dpo, but I am going out of town so had to do it early. Just looking for someone to talk to and wait out the TWW with.

Best luck to everyone.

Forgot to mention. Day 1 IUI my husband count was only 1.25 post wash and day 2 1.31 post wash both 50 percent mobility. Doctor said they want to see 5 million or more so have been very discouraged this month :(

Welcome ckry28. Happy to hang out and wait with you!! I also had my IUI June 19th so we're on the same schedule, and similarly my DH has low morphology. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Yes. Last month I took Clomid but we were out of town for 2 weeks so we didn't have the IUI. Tried the good old fashioned way, but BFN.

I am cramping really bad today. Probably the progesterone. I have never taken it before. If this month doesn't work I will have to skip next month probably bc I won't be in town for the 3 day ultrasound and blood work :(

Laney, we are doing a trigger, which is why i don't particularly understand doing opk's when we're going back Wednesday regardless and will probably do the trigger then.
The reason i asked about your trigger is maybe that was what you were catching on your hpt. This month, mine came and went through day 12. It made testing very frustrating. So much so that i actually believed we had a chance and we went for blood work and were devastated with the results. I didn't even get the call back before AF showed up.

Laney you are not silly for being optimistic. We are all here keeping hope alive. Looking at that picture it looks positive but then if you took any meds or shots then that can throw things off.

You still have many more days to go. Wait till day 14 to be 100% sure.

I'm dying for day 14 ... I am hoping AF doesn't show up.
8/9 dpiui :)

Wishing you all the best Laney.

Hope everyone is having a great cycle.

Thanks guys. Keeping hope alive!

Forever - that is an odd plan with the OPKs and then trigger shots, but then again, what do I know?! I'm sure your doctor knows what he's doing! I'm guessing he just wants to make sure you don't O before Wednesday?

Side note - entirely unrelated but mildly comical - I was just talking to my DH and drinking he came up. He said something to the effect of "I can't believe if you get pregnant you can't drink for NINE MONTHS! That is such a long time!! Longer actually, if you're breast feeding! More like a year and a half!" (I realize this makes us sound like alcoholics - in truth I barely drink, but he definitely does so I'm sure it seems waaaaay too long for him). I casually responded, "Well I can always pump and dump," to which he looked at me absolutely HORRIFIED and then asked in a whisper, "is that pumping milk while pooping?!"

Men.... So obviously my reason for joining this forum is self explanatory.
