I am waiting for a blood test on Friday I've decided. Not going to waste $ on a home test that may not be accurate anyway.

Hi ladies,

I jumped into another thread before I saw this one about IUIs. This cycle I took Femara (7.5mg) CD3-7. I triggered with Ovidrel on 9/11 and had my IUI on the morning of Sunday 9/13. Putting me at 3dpiui today...oh MAN this wait; it feels like it is dragging so bad.

I had some pretty intense cramping the day of the IUI which has lessened in the following days, but I still feel like stuff is going on in there lol Like a dull ache and it feels bloated, I don't know if that's normal. I had an IUI a few years ago (that turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy unfortunately, then I lost my insurance and so we decided to take a break), but I don't really remember much following the procedure. I wish I did, maybe it would help!

I've felt tired and had hot flashes, but I'm thinking it must be the ovidrel or perhaps the rise of progesterone? I think it's way too early to be preggo symptoms, but maybe I'll just pretend to pass the time :P

GL to you ladies, I'm looking forward to reading how you guys are feeling in the coming days! Lots of baby dust!

Good luck everyone! I'm just sort of lurking until I have some news (hopefully positive news). I'm on 6dpiui, it felt like it took forever to just get this far >_< Argh the wait is too harsh.

I thought I would join after reading for months. I am very close to your cycle now d4piui. This is my second cycle with donor sperm. First one was a bust but the hormone levels and follicle size were much better this cycle. Fingers crossed. I did clomid 100mg c3-8 and then ovidurel on d13. The tww is horrible as are the progesterone suppositories. Trying to be optimistic. Will probably start testing d9piui.

Hi all,

Had my 5th IUI on Sunday (9/18, CD14). Leading up, I took Femara (CD3-7), Menopur (CD7-11), and Ovidrel (CD12). I also switched donors this time around.

After this try I am having a "Next Steps" conversation with my RE about moving forward (IVF). So... I would like this one to work.

I had a pretty dark couple of early days this cycle (starting to feel very pessimistic), so I am working hard to stay positive.

I'm sending good vibes to everyone!

First time poster. :)

I had my first IUI on Wednesday, Sept 16. I used Femara, Ovidrel, and am currently on my 15 days of Crinone. I am supposed to go in for blood work on Tuesday. I am pretty fresh to all of this, including the forum, so I don't know what to expect all around. I do wish everyone here the best though! :)

Well, I'm back. It's been a while since I've stalked these forums! I had to take a break in August for the HSG test (which was all clear!). So now we're starting back up for the first of our last 2 rounds of iui. Hopefully we won't need that last round. This is our 7th month actively TTC. It's breaking our bank, and our spirits. Having a month off was helpful, so now we're prepared to go again!
Day 12 u/s is friday, so I'm anticipating HCG shot probably on Sunday, iui Monday.
Good luck everyone, fingers crossed and baby dust to you all!
