Hi everyone i just did my iui procedure this morning with over 12 follicles over 20mm and 13million sperm 99 percent motility. Im in so much pain right now. I trigger on monday at 6pm the ovulation pain started around 10am this morning. My flight was for one pm today to come back home. I ask for a wheel chair to be able to make it. I just got home i started with diarea belly is very tender and bloated. Doc was a little concern on the hyperstimulation. I was instructed to eat salty, drink Gatorade and preprotein shakes to help. My chances are very high this cycle and im praying for a healthy baby or babies. Trying to stay positive although my mine wants to play trick. I did do about 5 session on acupuncture to help and i drink drea, coq10, iuquinol prenatals, royal jelly and maca. I feel i did everthing on my control now its God turn to Glorify in me. Amen!!
I will start the endomitrim 3 times a day on saturday and the progesterone in oil next week Tuesday. Ufff more needles.
Anything or suggestion available out there are welcome for these critical days to help with the pain and my bloated belly that is already hurting prety bad?
Let the two weeks begin, im schedule for test on the 23 of June. I will try my best to wait. But dought i will ;) i usually start testing on 9dpo but will try for 12dpo.
How is everyone doing?
I can see and feel its going to ne a painful night and couple of days. I took few days of knowing that i was going to be a little sore but hoping that it will all be fine

Anyone have side effects from the trigger?? I feel like I've had the absolute worst pms. Like everything is pissing me off!! I can usually feel myself getting irritable a few days before AF shows but it's still too early for that. Poor DH is going to kill me. I feel so bad.

Oh yes, I have the same. On top of that my son is going through his own phase this week :?

Silly me, Of course I had to test yesterday:/ I got a shadow of a shadow and forgot that ovitrelle is still in my system. Imagine that glimpse of a happiness :) Oh that was fun 8)

I've been testing my trigger only because I forgot what it felt like to see a positive test! Lol

Hello ladies,

So we triggered last night and I followed my gut instead of my RE. My RE said 41 hours before IUI to trigger and I went with 36. With our son we triggered 24 hours before IUI and I just felt it was way too late to trigger 41 hours before. Keep us in your prayers. Tomorrow is the big day and I am losing my mind! Thank God I work tonight so it will keep me busy. Nothing but baby wishes for all the twwers.

I just did my third and final IUI on June 5th, doc said if it doesn't happen the next step is IVF, but I don't think I can afford an IVF! I had 5 follicles over 20cm hubby had 10mil little guys ready to race to the finish line!! Hubby and I have been trying for three years on our own before trying our first visit to a fertility doc. I'm a little frustrated and scared because I'm type 1 diabetic and I'm 41 years old, 42 in October. I really need some positive thoughts and support because hubby wants me to stop talking about it and just let the cards fall where they may. I'm ok with letting the cards fall where they may, but I can't stop thinking about it and I feel like talking about it all the time...

I guess what I really need is a distraction for the next two weeks while I wait to test for pregnancy results.

How is iui normally done? My 2 iuis were done only with trigger shot n not at all painful ..nev
er felt anything going inside..
.3rd one was a male doctor who checked on ultrasound my follicle then used tubes to pass through my cervix ...1st time i felt like something going inside...
.4th iui new female professor she kept the ultrasound machine working n checking to see tubes while inserting this time too i felt something going inside n hurting ....last 2 cycles i had with clomid...so basically i feel first 2 were waste of money

84 hours post trigger shot and im so bloated to hurt to walk. Laying down helps. I hope that by tomorrow i start feeling better. I have not been able to work this week. Unbelievable this was an iui not ivf and im missing work. Trying to do some house chores and i cant. Let me just get my mine that i have 9 more month to go. Lol
I did the iui 37 hours post trigger shot on june 7. I think i ovulated around 40 hours, and i read that once the eggs are release it can take another 4 hours to reach your fallopian tube. So that give enough time for my spremies to be there waiting.
These day coming up are just not moving fast enough.

Baby dust to all of us!!

mglupe1979,

That makes sense given the number of follicles you had! Just remember to keep a look out for signs such as severe nausea and vomiting. Those are sure signs of hyperstimulation and I would recommend calling your doctor if it gets to that point. I would also call your doctor if you are having severe abdominal pain.
Hope you feel better.

I'm 8dpiui at this point. I've had slight cramping on and off so really can't tell if any of it is related to implantation. I'm thinking of testing at either 12 or 13dpiui. My blood pregnancy test is scheduled for 14 dpiui. When I was pregnant before I had a miscarriage a few years ago, the tell tale sign was serious boob soreness to the point where it hurt to put on my bra. I'm hoping for some symptoms soon :(
Me: 31
DH: 32
TTC: 2 years (1 miscarriage at 6 wks)
Diagnosis: mild PCOS (period every 2-3 months, very irregular), hashimoto's
IUI #1 (4/4): femara 5mg, ovidrel: BFN
IUI #2 (5/1): femara 5mg, ovidrel, progesterone (crinone): BFN
IUI #3 (6/1) femara 5mg, ovidrel, progesterone (crinone):
