Injectible FSH like Follistim will help the ovaries to produce follies and to mature them. Like for me, I use it only once on CD 9 at 150 units. I do this because the Femara alone (which I take 5mg CD 3-7) produces follies and I O on it, but the follies are too small to be viable. They stall out. The Follistim helps to give them that extra "kick" that they need to grow to a viable size. What kind of follicle count and size are you getting from the 50mg of Clomid?
