Repeated chemical pregnancies

Postby InLimbo » Fri Apr 19, 2013 1:51 pm

Hello all

I wondered if anyone has or is experiencing repeated chemical pregnancies?
My daughter is nearly 6 and my husband and I decided to try for our second about 2 years ago.
Since then I have experienced 7 chemical pregnancies.

I was referred to see a specialist and everything was checked out except progesterone/hormones and clotting. Everything else is normal and was told to just keep trying.

The problem is about 3 months after a CP I get horrendous mood swings and always shed hair which is making me think my issue could be hormonal.
Happens every time!

This leads me to today. I'm approx 8dpo and pretty sure I may be pregnant again. Got all my usual symptoms I get every time and I don't think I can face going through it again.
We get pregnant every time we try, that doesn't seem to be a problem it's getting the little bean to stick that is.
Anyone experienced similar and have any words of advice?

I'm 31.

Thank you.

Just found your post. How did things turn out for you? If your doctor found that you have a clotting disorder and a hormonal problem before, did he not get you started on some treatment to remedy these problems? Low progesterone can cause recurrent chemicals or m/c. Also, I'm not 100% sure about this but I think that clotting disorders can cause problems carrying a pregnancy.
