Hi bluelady! Sorry you feel that way. These boards are very supportive but some of the subcategories can be kind of quiet. Have you tried posting on another area of the board? Try the buddy group section. That's where I was best able to connect with people. You are definitely not alone, although it can feel that way while TTC. Let me know if you need help navigating the boards. :)

Hi beecee3,
Thanks for replying , as u said I'll try buddy group section . I definitely need help navigating these forums and boards, b'coz I am not a very techno savvy. I've been trying to register at a no.of secondary infertilityforums from last 3-4 year s, but something goes wrong( I cant read my posts , no one replies, I don't understand how to start a thread , I dont know where to discuss) and I end up alone frustrated. By the way congrats on being pregnant.

Thank you. :) It takes a little time to learn how to get around here, so don't feel bad. Another good place to start posting questions is the general TTC section. I think it gets the most traffic. If you have some specific questions, go ahead and ask them there and you should get some replies.

A lot of ladies like the blog section of the website, too. If you want to start your own TTC blog, you'll have to register again for that part of the site, but it can be your same screen name. I haven't done it myself, but I often read other people's entries and reply when I think I can help.

This journey is stressful enough without having to worry about finding a place to share your thoughts and feelings. I think once you get in the swing of things here, you'll find the support you're looking for!

I hope you don't mind... I searched for where you posted before to see if I could figure out why you weren't getting responses. One of the threads you posted on was from 2012, so those ladies have probably moved on.

Did you see that someone replied to one of your posts and said she was Indian, too? At the top left of your page, under where it says "board index" there is a link that says "view your posts." If you click on that, it will list everywhere you have posted and if someone has replied, it will show up in pink. Hope that helps!

Hi Blue- I'm so sorry you haven't received the support you were hoping for from everyone. I didn't see any of your posts or I'm sure I would have commented. Sometimes people have the full hearted intention of commenting, but get side tracked or forget to come bck to answer. This has happened to me, and I try not to take it personal. What's your story? Have you been ttc long? My DH and I have been trying for 30 months and I feel defeated a lot of the time. I'm on cd 3 right now. I usually O around cd 13, and I temp regularly. I was down in the dumps for a few days, but I'm feeling better and ready to take on this cycle. Where are you in your cycle right now?

hi ladies
i've tried to re gister at a no. of secondary infertility forums but something goes wrong , I've so much to share and...I'm 31 yrs old and trying to conceive from last 11 yrs, can u all believe 11 long yrs , I feel fed up sometime s but soon I start hoping maybe maybe god will bless me this month but I always fail, this month too I've undergone iui and this is it!!!!!!! I've decided this is the limit I won't go for any any treatment now.... I have a 12 year old daughter , the irony is that I was just 19 yrs when she was born, I wanted to study but I got married at 18, no friends of mine were married, I felt "yuck".and then I was pregnant , I was not ready to be a mother , but I couldn't abort as im from a very conservative Indian family .I resented my pregnancy and missed all the pleasures and my daughter s infanthood; don't get me wrong I love her the most in this world, but I was young and stupid then .now I long to enjoy pregnancy and relive those moments but im infertile now....i've been on treatment s from last 11 yrs,i've gone for iui 3times, ivf is out of question as my husband wont agree(v orthodox nature ) .and i can't afford it.

hello every one ,
i've to take test on 31st of march ,but i'm feeling pms, there is slight pain in my stiches(i feel this pain during my period s,) i'm super upset , i hate this, this wait ,i'm fedup .my life revolves around these treatments, this waiting ,this frustrations, infact to tell u the truth la i want to stop hoping,i want to accept that i can become a mother again .but "this heart of mine" wont stop hoping .i feel i've ruined the best years of my life in hoping ,waiting ,in hospital s,in frustrations,in longing ,in anger and hating life for putting me in this situation . i'm more weak now. i've a very weak immunity and i fall ill quickly and often , i' ve a no. of health problems too(for which again i'm usually on treatments.i wawant to leave my husband but my family wont let me do that , as i'm the eldest daughter in law,i'm expected to produce a son.(not all indian families are like that)but mmy in laws are super orthodox ....if i leave my husband ,i'll be free from this pressure .

o.k ladies
i've not really told u about my journey .,my dd was conceived naturally but when iwas 4 months pregnant ,i had herpes zoster infection (eyes )luckily nothing happened to mydaughtehel.but after that i developed uv eitis, i am myopic too. so my eye specialist prescribed me steroids. i started my infertility treatment s in 2003. for 4-5 yrs i was on follicular studies ,everything was o.k but i would not conceive ,i changed a no.of gynacs too.they would all say that may be i was failing due to steroids( i used to stop treatment s when i WAs on steroids).i under went hsgs thrice, in 2007 i met a v good eyes specialist, he understood my problem and never gave me steroids, and after that i didn't take any steroids.in 2008 i went for laproscopy as my gynac told me to,i had mild endometriosis, then i went for iui ,which failed, again follicular studies .my egg were good , nothing seemed wrong but i failed always .in 2012 a biopsy revealed i had endometrial t.b,for which i took anti tb drugs for 9 months.again i started treatment , i have big nabothian cyst(doctor told me they r harmless and nothing can be done aboutthem) on my cervix and cauterization was done for chronic cerrvicitis.my recent gynac told me your problem seems to be ur cervix, ur egg are goo d and endometrium is also good,we will bypass your cervix and go for iui.thats why i am going for iuis .and this month is it. i 've decided i won't go for any treatments from now

Wow blue- I'm so sorry you have had such a rough road. Have you had other opinions from other dr's? I know you say that your husband won't agree to ivf, but you have to think of what's important to you. You don't want to let your child baring years pass you by. You will most likely resent him in the long run. Maybe you should take him on a consultation for ivf. Maybe if he gets informed on the actual procedure, then he won't be so quick to say no. I'm sorry I can't be much help, as our infertility has to do w my DH. I had my kids young, and I wish it were as easy to get pregnant now. I know you are a part of a strict family, but you need to live your life the way you want. You only have 1 life so don't let it pass you by. You don't want to be 80, look back and realize you should have done things differently. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I really hope you get your rainbow baby soon.
