What's worked for you (vitamins wise)?

Postby Miss406 » Mon Jul 20, 2015 10:08 am

I am on my 10th cycle and I've started vitamins this time.

I'm interested to hear which vitamins helped you conceive.

Vitamin B6?
Maca Root? (What dose?)
Natural progesterone cream?
Soya?

If you use fertility lubes - which one worked for you?
Balance activ (I fell pregnant but sadly miscarried using this)
Preseed
Conceive Plus

How many cycles did it take of using the fertility lubes? Vitamins?

Hi there!

I used the following:

- Rainbow Light prenatal vitamin 1x daily
- 1000mg gelatinized maca root 1x daily until BFP
- 3000 iu vitamin D3 1x daily
- 2 capsules Vitex daily until BFP (I forget the dosage per capsule)
- mercury free fish oil
- baby aspirin 1x daily until BFP
- b complex 1x daily
- folate 500mcg daily
- red raspberry leaf 2 capsules daily during follicular phase only
- evening primrose oil 2 capsules daily during follicular phase only

We didn't use any type of lube, so I am no help there. We also stayed active and exercised regularly, and ate good healthy foods.

It took 5 cycles the first time, then after the loss and D&C, I became pregnant on cycle 3. He is healthy and going strong in there! :)

Truckloads of :babydustb: and :sticky: and :luck: to you!

It took us 2 cycles, the second cycle is when we used Preseed. I didn't get much ewcm either time so I think the Preseed helped a lot.

No vitamins aside from prenatals for a solid 6 months before we ttc lol
