Pain in right lower abdomen

I have AF every 15/16 days since coming off BC in April. Last AF was 2nd June therefore should be due 17/18th June. Today I am having cramping all over my tummy and occasional sharp pains that last for a few seconds in my lower right abdomen. Good sign or just AF on her way?

Your appendix is also on the lower right side of your abdomen. If the sharp pains get worse, or more frequent, you might want to get that checked out.

But who knows! It could be related to implantation.

Pains one this morning, still crampy in lower abdomen really low down. Will wait a few days and test. Fingers crossed
