I am am on CD 48 and havent O'd yet. I am checking 2x a times. I was thinking of going to the doctor and getting provera then asking for Clomid. However, I am scared of Clomid because of the side effect such as multiple babies, cyst on the ovaries, dry cm, etc. I havent tried anything naturally so I did some research and found out about Vitex and Maca. I have ordered both so I am just waiting to get it to try it to see if it bring my period.

Have anyone of you tried Maca? I know Vitex is very common and I have heard great things about it but not of Maca until a few days ago. I did some research and decided to try it since I did want something also for egg heath and I read its good for that too.

Just wondering anyone here trying it or tried in past and has some story to tell or anything about it, I would appreciate it.

I'm in the same boat, am O at the moment and if not pregnant this cycle i am going to start Maca! Hope to hear about it though!

I had come across the natural fertility website this past week and thats what made me try Maca and Vitex. I hope this can work for me.

I had been trying the Maca but got headaches. My DH also has been taking Maca and got headaches, but was told that after 2 weeks, body should adjust and he'll be fine. Idk, we'll see... Maca is part of regular diet in South America and you can take thousands of mg's... Always good to do research... Best of Luck!

I am also feeling some headaches. I just wasnt sure because I am also trying to not drink caffeine. I used to drink coffee everyday and now I switched to decaf, I am trying to get prepared for a baby. Plus, I heard women with trouble getting pregnant should try to not consume caffeine if you do just a bit. Anyhow, I was confused if my headaches were from withdraw or from the Maca. The headaches are not that bad so I will see how much I can take.

My guess would be the caffeine withdrawl. I know I went from an XL coffee to a medium daily (that is a huge step for me as coffee is my one and only vice! ... before that I was drinking 1 pot daily) and I had terrrible headaches but now it's been 2 months since the switch and my body is adjusting (less headaches)
