Hi,
I'm 26 & this is my 1st month TTC. My cycle is so weird!! If I change my diet my period goes crazy or if I start exercising. I have a dilemma cuz I suffer from tension head aches & anxiety. I think that exercising regularly will help but Im worried it will mess with my period & make it take even longer to show up. That would mean I would have to wait a lot longer to TTC again. I dk what to do. My fiancé thinks I should exercise cuz it will release some of my stress. I just hate waiting for AF!!

Hi Georgi1985, it's really stressful trying to get pregnant but if you have irregular afs like we do it's even worse! So much waiting time and worry. I would say your fiancé is right you should exercise to relieve stress. Also it's healthier for your body and prepares you for pregnancy. I think if you already suffer from anxiety you need to try and take your mind off it, and not exercising will give you more time to think instead and get anxious!!
Good luck hun. Hope you get af real soon x

Well let's see...last month it took me 37 days for AF to show up the month before it was 28 days. So I'm all over the place!! I hate it!! When I was younger and played sports AF would take even longer than a month to show up. That's why I'm kinda hesitant to work out again. Right now I'm on CD 22 and I O sometime between June 16-18. So now I'm at the TWW point but I'm trying to stay busy doing stuff around the house. Trying to stay stress free

you need to start temping. with cycles that irregular you will never know what day O happens as there is no rhythem. I have very irregular cycles / long cycles Im back on track since April after a 125 day cycle, I started temping in the middle of that long one and and was able to pin point O date accurately and have been ever since. Last mth I had 39 day cycle this month I just O'd (im 3 dpo) CD22 so Im 6 days ahead of last month. If I didn't temp I'd never know. I tried utilizing those Ovulation calculators basically for the fun of it and 2 said I O this week, 1 said week of the 4th of july so they do not work for irregular cycles. Had I relyed on one of those I would have missed O date. Now temping does not predict O. in order to do that you need to get LH sticks/ OPKs

Thanks tee! I'll try doing that. I already use OPKs and I got a positive reading on the 16th plus I had very mild cramping on my left side. I've been doing research and it sounds like that's a good indication I did O. I just don't know if it was on the 16,17,18?? I've been taking royal jelly for almost a month it's suppose to help with balancing hormones for a regular cycle and it helps with egg health.

The 16th so your approx 3DPO so am I! I'd def start temping next cycle though, it takes the mystery out of the O.

I dk why that posted twice weird. Sorry about that. Hmmm I dk I herd I have to wait 2 weeks before I POAS. What if I take an early test does that make a difference in the time I have to wait? I hate waiting!!
