Hello,

I have started taking metformin for a while. This month, I noticed that I had a brown discharge when I would wipe myself after using the washroom. It lasted for three days. Have any of you have this happen? What is the meaning of it?

Also I had cervical mucus with a line of blood, is that anything to worry about?

What CD did these symptoms occur?

I am not sure because I haven't had my periods since March.

Have you tested Tasha? If not, I would. I too am taking Metformin, and have not gotten my period since 5/8/2012. I am way late. I have a 28 day cycle. I've had odd things happen like having ovulation strips show really bright positive on day 31 and 32 of my cycle. I also had two weird hpt's. I have since went to my RE who performed a blood pregnancy test today. If I were you hon, I would test, and visit my obgyn, or RE. Good luck, and baby dust!

Thanks Cortney! I have an appointment on Monday. To add to all the equation, I have been nauseous in the morning at least 3 times a week and some food I love is totally off for me. I really hope it is what I am wishing for because those hpts are not doing the thing for me, I did a clearblue test and had a ultra faint line and then did more hpts of differents brands and it was negative. I was crushed. Hopefully the blood test will be a blessing. Baby dust to you, keep me posted about your results!! Thanks a bunch!
