Im so annoyed! I have PCOS, so I'm guessing that I just havent ovulated. Two weeks ago I had some crazy cramping, and I thought I could have been pregnant because I got a positive opk a week and a half earlier. However, all BFN on pregnancy tests! Plus, the past two nights I've had dreams of getting BFP's. I really am not trying to get pregnant right now, but I still would like some answers. I feel like there is nothing going on in my body...which is super annoying!

Im sorry your going through this! Have you spoken with your dr about progesterone pills to start your new cycle? I have to take prometrium every month to educe AF. I do not have PCOS but i do not ovulate or have a period on my own sometimes for 6 months at a time so i know how aggravating it is!I hope af shows up if your not Pg so you can start a new cycle...but I REALLY hope you get a :bfp:
