New PCOS dx

Postby Jenn_rn » Sun Aug 12, 2012 4:32 pm

Hi all,
When seeing my obgyn my Prolactin level was borderline high, which my doc said he rarely saw and he didn't believe it was causing my irregular cycles.
Since then I've started seeing an RE. At my 1st appt my transvaginal u/s showed PCOS, my one ovary is VERY cystic. The problem is other than irregularity with my cycles i have no symptoms.
I'm now waiting for AF to start my 3rd round of clomid, after this we're trying injectables.
I feel like i should be doing more about my PCOS diagnosis but my main focus is TTC.
Should i be focusing on something else?
Sorry for the ramble, just kinda confused to which direction head in.

34 the first time. They wanted to recheck and it was 28, which is where it seems to want to stay.
Are you doing any treatments right now? I start my third cycle of Clomid on Saturday
