Tuesday I finally stopped putting it off and went to find out exactly what was going on. During my u/s my doctor saw a polyp and agreed that something was causing the shape of my uterus to be off (most likely a fibroid). After asking a few questions he decided it would be best to do a laparoscopy to check for endo as well.
I had the laparoscopy and a D&C done yesterday(Thursday) and I don't get to meet with my doctor until the 24th
But one of the nurses did tell me that I do/did have endo and that he was able to remove it all, I think. I was a little wonky from the meds and I'm not 100% sure about the last part.
Could this be what stopped me from getting pregnant for the last 8 years?? I know you can't answer that, but that question is driving me nuts. I hope that he was able to remove everything that shouldn't be there so that DH and I might actually have a chance of getting a BFP and having it stick. Praying that I don't get anymore bad news when I go back.
