Trying to Conceive Forum

we go thru all this waiting to get pregnant and the tww and then u get pregnant and more waiting i had to wait 2 weeks to take blood test now i gutta wait another week for blood test for the hiv test and stuff then prob another week or two to find out my due date and have u/s sighs at least my daughters ae haven thee birthday party sat so looken foward to that i always cant wait almost as much as them lol. Hey id get birthday parties anymore so i live thru my kids and we havent told family yet so im hopen my dad doesnt ask if i want drink cuz usually will get beer for adults and ill get couple of wine coolers. This be first time im pregnant at their partys.

you can always say yeah, sure, take a beer then pretend to sip it the rest of the night.

good plan! And then later secretly swap it with DH's beer thats almost empty! haha! no one will be the wiser! :wink:

I hate beer, and alcohol in general so I do this all the time. I normally just pour some out on the ground and carry it around in my hand. Unless it's totally full, most people don't even notice if you've had the same beer all night. I don't even normally pretend to drink it, I just hold it like an accessory. If someone asks I tell them it's my second beer, and they must not have noticed me getting another one.

Haha that's funny!! I'm not a drinker at all either! I have maybe one drink a year and half the time I don't even finish it! I can't stand the taste or smell of alchohol it makes me stomache sick!

Great idea! I'll keep that in mind!
