Do u alternate ovaries every cycle?

I am on injectables. I am on my second cycle. Last time my left ovary had the dominant follicle. This time it will be my right. Is this what happens to everyone? Alternating ovaries each month?[/quote]

I don't think so... I don't think mine went back and forth at all.

I'm not sure for everyone, but that seems to be what has appened with me
DX unexplained infertility
IUI #1 -3 follies; Dh count over 20million IUI #1= BFN
IUI #2= 4 follies; Dh count over 30 million IUI #2=faint + 9dpo...official 11 DPO BFP..Beta 366
Currently Trying for baby #2!
IUI #1= 2 follies,DH count over 60 million =BFN
IUI #2=3 follies,DH count over 30million= 10dpiui BFP!! beta417
HB 6w/6d 129 !

Had my cd9 scan yesterday now I have follicles on both sides.

My doctor told me that it doesn't necessarily alternate - you can ovulate from the same side for consecutive months. That's happened to me my last two cycles - ovulated on my right side two months in a row. HTH.
