Help from my PCOS girls

Okay, I really need some help!!! I don't know what the heck my body is doing and the doc's are no help at this point. I have PCOS and was using clomid got PG in Sept 2011 and D/C November 2011 at 10 weeks. After MC, clomid no longer worked.

This cycle:
Letrolzole (Femera) on CD 3-7 w/o inducing menses last pill 7/29.
7/30 AF came. Called doctor, he said no biggie we continue on as planned as LMP was 6/25, so AF was about due.
8/12 + OPK 8/12 CD 21
8/13 IUI CD22
8/14 Cramping on R/S and center.
8/16 Brownish spotting (TMI) in the a.m. didn't think anything of it until that evening when I wiped bright pink blood appeared. Called RE he said unless the blood is heavy or bright red not to worry (thought is was result of IUI cath).
8/17 a.m. blood was bright red and darker (not heavy). Appt w/RE: blood was not from IUI, O'd off right side, corpus luteum in tact and free fluid visable. RE thinks implantation bleeding maybe or luteal phase defect??? Questioned him and replied he has seen it before and I still have to go throught the TWW b/c I still could be PG?????
Pogestorone supp. prescribed. started last night and today bleeding is weird but getting heavy as the day goes. My ovaries hurt on both sides and cramping continues. BBS are slightly sore and so are my Nipps.

Any ideas anyone????
