Today is CD21 and still no positive OPK. Is that normal? I usually have a 32 day cycle.I'm uploading a picture of my OPKs from CD13 to today CD21 do any of you think I am close to ovulating because the last two days I don't feel like they have gotten darker. I've had fertile CM since CD16 I've spotted very little on CD 19 & 20. I'm kinda new to this any advice or input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The one today looks the darkest so far. Could be a late ovulation.

Thank you. From the few times I have done the OPKs the latest until now I O'd on CD19. Do you know if it is possible to conceive with late ovulation?

None of those are positive...ALMOST positive but not quite. KEEP bding. Your LP does not start until you have O'd.

Yeah I know I'm just confused I feel like they have been looking the same the last few days. But I'm on CD 22 and still no positive.

Click on my chart in my signature, then scroll down to my previous chart. I ovulated cd20 and that's the cycle I conceived my son.
Implantation occured really early, at 4 dpo and I got faint positives by 8dpo. My theory is that when you o late, your body has had plenty of time to thicken up the uterine lining, making a deep, comfy spot for that egg to settle right in!

BeeCee Thank you so much you have given me hope!! I hope we can catch it! I'm new to all of this. So this has been very confusing!! FosterMom that definitely would be so confusing!! Keep bding though just incase!!! We are about every other day just incase!!

BabyMartin, that cycle I got pregnant was the first time I used opks and it was so terribly stressful! They'd get darkish, then fade and I was panicking for nearly a week wondering if I had somehow missed it. Once I had my definite positives, there was no doubt and it was such a relief.
Did you take another today? That last one looked like it was getting reaaaally close, so I'm guessing you'll see a true positive tomorrow.

Well some how I think I missed ovulation I've tested like 3-4 times a day for the last few days and now it looks like it is leaving my system. How did I possibly miss it on the OPKs??? I'm so confused and frustrated we have kept bding though!

Did you test more than once a day when they were getting really dark? Some people have a short surge so it IS possible to miss it if you only test every 24 hours. That being said, I had almost this exact thing happen, but earlier in my cycle, the cycle I got pregnant. I thought I missed it and I had another surge that did result in ovulation a week later.
Do you temp? Here would be the things I would look at:
*Temp shift, obviously.
*Did any of the "almost positive" opks line up with other signs of ovulation, such as you got the darkish test the day of or up to two days after seeing fertile cm?
If you don't temp, I would highly recommend it for next cycle. It's the best confirmation that you have have O'd when you see that temp shift and takes some of the guess work out of things like this that don't make sense!

Yes I test in the morning, mid day after three hour hold, and at night after a 3 hr hold with limited fluid intake during those holds. I had fertile CM for about 6 days but had a bloody brown colored CM on CD 19&20 we bd on CD 16 17 & 19 during fertile CM. I do not temp I have tried but I forget to do it some days but next cycle I am going to try and start doing it to figure out the whole temp thing.. So I'm thinking about getting a different brand of Internet cheapie OPKs.I have clinical gaurd and have read mixed reviews. If you use them what brand do you use?

I use wondfos. They have worked fine for me, but I've only used them two cycles, this one and the one I got pregnant last time around. The smear of brown cm sounds like it could be a little blood from ovulation. I sometimes get a tiny bit a day or two after I ovulate. Would that timeline make sense with when you saw the stronger looking line on the opk?

Well I am going to look into the wondfo. Well I think actually I got darker lines on CD 21&22 but we bd on day 21 too so let's hope if I just missed it on the OPK hopefully I caught the egg. But if not here's to another cycle of trying.

Hopefully you caught it. Sorry it's been so confusing!
