I think you are on to something about your ovulation. I do wonder if your body is gearing up to ovulate and never really releases an egg, or the progesterone is too low to make a viable pregnancy? Make sure you do ask your RE that and KUP on what he says.
Some of the things on the list to limit is caffeine, unpasteurized cheeses (feta, brie, real blue cheese) more than one can of tuna a month, and limit your fish intake that could have high levels of Mercury and out of the Gulf of Mexico.

Charley- I figure that the pull you felt was round ligament pain. You should be starting to have it by now and it seems to only get worse, ouch! It scared me the first couple of times I had it happen. The 2nd Trimester flies by because so many exciting things start to happen

Ellen- A trip sounds wonderful! I think that if you feel more comfortable with the one doctor even if you have to pay, then that will be the way to go. From what I hear other ladies say about healthcare in the UK is that going private can make a world of difference. KUP on what is going on and which one you decide to go with. GL dear.
