I just started taking Soy on monday. I took 80mg on Mon and 120mg on Tues. I am taking it cd5-9, because I already ovulate regularly, but have a short LP. I am a little worried about it messing things up since I ovulate regularly, but this is our 12th cycle ttc and my dr doesn't "believe in" luteal phase problems, so i wanted to try something. I have already been doing B6 for a while and I tried vitex months ago, without any success.
The one thing I have noticed so far is that AF seems to have come back since I have been taking the soy. It is usually really heavy, lasting for 4 days, which it did this month, but then came back on cd6 and is still sticking around! Oh well, as long as it works! I am soooo hoping for a
