Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives

10 DPO BFP - ovulated from both ovaries, twins?!

This was my second month TTC. First one I didn't do much, and only had 5 opk and first period after my first pregnancy so I didnt know exactly when I would ovulate.Any how second month I used evening primrose oil, baby aspiring and preseed, plus bbt temps.
I had loads of opk's so I did them every day and got + on cd 16 then negative but not bbt rise, and only very faint line the following day, on cd18 positive again with temp rise, so I googled that and seem to be that I tried to ovulate and didnt first time but I did ovulate second time. Well I bd only upto first surge so I thought I had missed it, since only bd cd 13,15&16&20.
Following days I had white cm, normally I dont after ovulation, and cramps on and off all the time ( I still have them at 22dpo)
Last pregnancy got faint line at 10dpo at night, so even when I thought I was out I tested at 10dpo morning and thought to see a very very very very faint line, after work checked and it wasnt there, tested again and saw it again! This time although super super faint it didnt fade away!
I went for a scan at 5 weeks since my parents were in town but saw nothing, although the sonographer said I ovulated from both ovaries!!! I still have to wait another 2 weeks for a new scan but I am really scared of twins, they do not run in my family that I know of (my mum was adopted so we dnt know anything on her side)
I dnt have any nausea or anything and I ddnt with DD. I feel already with a little belly but I am not sure if it is just bloated or pregnancy belly,

Do you think could be twins? What are the chances? Ovulating 24-48h apart?
