BFP Stories
Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives
A November Baby!
Wow. I just started reading this site in the past month or so. I never thought I would post on here, but I was driving myself crazy over the past few days, after faint, faint lines on 2 hpts. Reading all your stories not only gave me something to do, but gave me encouragement. I am 32 and hubby is 30. We have two girls age 5 and 21 months. With those 2 pregnancies I didn't test until a few days after AF was to arrive and i didn't have many symptoms until a day or two around AF was expected. THIS time, I started having cramping on the right side and behind my pubic bone about 8 or 9 days before AF was due. My breasts also ached and had some shooting pain. They weren't sore to touch or swollen, they just ached.... it almost felt like it was in my bones. There was a day that my lunch didn't taste good at all even though I had been really looking forward to it... and for several days after O I had several dizzy moments and I felt grumpy! I am not sure which of 2 days was O day but I am assuming CD 12. I had blinking ovary pain on CD12 and had had EWCM for several days prior to that. I decided to test early this time around as i was having such crazy symptoms and thought I MUST be preggo... BFN on 11 and 12 dpo.... very faint faint positive on Clear Blue +/- test the next day at approx 13 dpo and BFP this morning at 14 dpo which is 3 days before my AF on a 29 day cycle. Oh, and i had no spotting whatsoever. Please also keep in mind when reading this that it is quite possible that I ovulated a little later, like CD 14 so my dpo's could be off a little bit. Good luck and God Bless each one of you. xo

RE: forgot to add
I forgot to add that I did get several days of metallic taste which I got two years ago with dd. Also, I slept REALLY good and still am which i didn't with last bfp ending in missed mc. I will add that I was streesed, not taking care of myself and didn't thank God for the pregnancy. After 4 children, it was as if I had taken the entire process process for granted. Won't ever make that mistake again.
Congrats!!!!
