Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives
BFP 10 Weeks After D&C
I had a D&C at what should have been ten weeks in early June. It took 8.5 weeks for me to ovulate (no period the entire time). I was so frustrated at that point that I nearly fainted when I saw the smiley face.
1DPO: vivid, super weird dream
2DPO: mild back pain, sharp pain lower right, diarrhea (yuck), cried during a TV show, vivid dream again
3DPO: vivid dream again
4DPO: Still have creamy CM
5DPO: Took a three hour nap after work. I NEVER nap but I was exhausted.
6DPO: Cramps on left side. Nauseous. Heartburn.
7DPO: Nauseous. BFN.
8DPO: Nauseous. BFN.
9DPO: Nauseous. Sore boobs. Still have creamy CM. Possible faint, faint positive with internet cheapie? DH doesn't see it. Send picture to sister, she says she sees it.
10DPO: BFP with internet cheapie and FRER. DH now convinced.
12DPO: Blood work comes back with 44 HCG.
14DPO: Blood work comes back with 133 HCG. Docs says that's a good sign!
If you use OPKs, be aware that you may ovulate sooner than the 36-48 hour window suggested. Based on BBT charting I ovulated the day the OPK was positive. If we had waited a day, it would have been too late. Good luck and baby dust to all!
