Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives

BFP 11 DPO after Unexplained Stillborn at 33 weeks

1-4 DPO: Chest cold. I was worried it would affect conception, etc. Stronger sense of smell. Gums bleeding after brushing my teeth. Didn't really read in to anything too much.
4 DPO: Sharp leg cramp that made me shoot out of bed. I had leg cramps constantly with my first pregnancy and haven't had them since. This was my first clue.
5 DPO: Very sharp, stabby cramps on my left side. Abnormally sharp and painful.
6 DPO: Light brown spotting before bed. I have never spotted in between cycles ever. More centralized cramping. This was my second clue.
7 DPO: More light spotting after bathroom. More light/medium centralized cramping. Craving mashed potatoes and feta cheese, lol.
8-9 DPO: All symptoms GONE. No more cramping or spotting. I'm convinced I'm out/something went wrong. BFN on 9 DPO.
10 DPO: Very obvious BFN. Most symptoms gone. Some light/medium bloating and cramps. Figured AF was due soon.
11 DPO: No symptoms. Convinced I'm out then BFP with CBE and CBE Digital!

I want to note I haven't had any breast/nipple pain. No noticeable CM. No extreme fatigue, etc. I had all of these symptoms with my first pregnancy and thought everything would be exactly the same but it wasn't!

BD every day of fertile window, cycle days 10-16.
