Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives

BFP after 4yrs TTC, PCOS & 3 cycles Clomid!

I'm in total shock! It's still early days but I'm celebrating each day as it is. I've had one chemical pregnancy before in 2010, and I wouldn't have known if I didn't test early. I've tested early again because I had a feeling. I'm crossing my fingers for a sticky little one!

I haven't ovulated for over four years. We've been trying to conceive for four years with no luck whatsoever.
I started seeing a fertility specialist at the start of the year. I've had two cycles of 50mg Clomid, and no ovulation.
I'm on my third cycle of Clomid, first cycle of 100mg. I ovulated! I had a blood test two days ago. It showed a progesterone level of 26, which my doctor says is fine.
I was excited about ovulating, so despite being only 8dpo yesterday.. I tested with cheapies and got a super faint line. I wasn't sure it was real cause it had no colour and was barely there.
This morning I took a First Response test and got a faint pink line!?!?!
Here is my info that I gathered using the Glow app:

CD16 - I got my first ever Peak symbol on the Clear Blue Dual Hormone Fertlity monitor.
CD17 - OVULATION DAY! Mild headache, indigestion, nausea and pelvic pain. Moderate cramps and backache. Severe constipation.
CD18/1dpo - Mild backache, headache, sore boobs and pelvic pain. Moderate cramps.
CD19/2dpo - Mild backache. Moderate sore boobs and cramps.
CD20/3dpo - Mild insomnia. Moderate sore boobs, bloating, fatigue, and pelvic pain. Severe hot flashes, backache, appetite and cramps.
CD21/4dpo - Mild insomnia. Moderate sore boobs, constipation, bloating and pelvic pain. Severe hot flashes, headache, backache and cramps. I went to hospital on this day because I was in so much backache and cramping pain that I thought I had developed OHSS! I hadn't. An ultrasound showed a corpus luteum! (The leftovers from the ovulated egg, which supplies progesterone to the embryo until the placenta takes over. So, good sign!)
CD22/5dpo - Mild nausea and insomnia. Moderate feeling sick (I had lots of mouth ulcers due to lowered immune system which happens at ovulation and/or early pregnancy), indigestion, fatigue and sore boobs. Severe cramps, constipation, backache, bloating, headache, hot flashes and pelvic pain.
CD23/6dpo - Mild cramps and hot flashes. Moderate headache, bloating and backache. Severe sore boobs and constipation.
CD24/7dpo - Mild pelvic pain, hot flashes, backache, appetite and constipation. Moderate headache. Severe cramps.
CD25/8dpo - Mild pelvic pain, insomnia, headache and constipation. Moderate cramps, appetite and hot flashes. Severe sore boobs.
CD26/9dpo - Mild cramps, bloating, fatigue, headache and pelvic pain. Moderate backache. Severe sore boobs.

I'm hoping for a very sticky baby and a healthy and happy nine months of pregnancy. Please God, give us this blessing.

Notes:
I used Preseed every time we babydanced.
I took Metformin 500mg three times a day, Clomid 100mg from cycle days 2-6, CoQ10, Pre-conception Vitamins, Probiotic, double folic acid dose (800mg), vitamin C and Zinc, and 400mg Myoinositol twice a day.
I kept my feet warm all the time. (Apparently keeps uterus warm)
I did femoral artery massage, which is what I think helped a lot! Youtube it!
I drank Pomegranate juice around ovulation and for a few days after.
I tried to eat and drink mostly warm food stuffs. Never anything freezing cold. (Apparently keeps uterus warm)
I inserted my menstrual cup/Moon Cup after sex with hubby, to keep sperm in. Similar to soft cups, but cheaper and reusable.
I lay with my legs up the wall and a pillow under my butt.
