Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives

BFP at 15 DPO!!

I am so excited to be able to post in the forum I have been using the past few months! I am 35, this will be my second child and have been TTC for 6 months. 3 of the months were me guessing when I was ovulating based upon my cycle and 3 were BBT charting.

1-6 DPO: No symptoms other than my daughter and dog being interested in my belly.
6 DPO: Actually hit a wall with my car and I have a backup camera. Never got in an accident before this!
7 DPO: cramps, irritable, tired, watery cm.
8 DPO: same as 7, add in dizzy spell and gas--burping.
9 DPO: same as 7&8, add in backache off and on and constipation. Had creamy cm and assume implantation today after painful sharp cramps and at end of day very slight pink when wiped.
10 DPO: creamy cm, add in headache, diarrhea, very little nausea, same symptoms as other days.
11 DPO: no noticeable cm, so sad today and couldn't figure out why.
12 DPO: sad again, bloated and slight skin breakout on chest (unusual).
13 DPO: creamy cm and sciatic nerve pain in my butt (last time was while pregnant w first).
14 DPO: same symptoms as past few days but started with constipation and ended with painful diarrhea.
15 DPO: Finally took the test and got my BFP!! Was so scared to test, FF told me to wait until 16 DPO but I really could feel it this time, I just knew. I will say there have been two other cycles where I convinced myself I was pregnant and been disappointed. Charting made me more Type A than I usually am and I was literally driving my husband crazy with when we had to BD.

Regarding my BBT at about 9 DPO when implantation occurred, my temps continued to rise and dip back and forth but only slightly. There was no triphasic (according to FF) and temps were just consistently rising, no crazy high shifts. No implantation dip. My prior two BFN charts, my temps started going up and down with larger changes in temp at around 9 DPO (as compared to my BFP chart) and starting at 12/13 DPO, temps go down and don't come back up. My luteal phase was 15/16 days, I tested at 15 days for BFP.

One last note, I as diagnosed with hypothyroidism after baby #1 and was worried it would affect my fertility, as long as TSH under 2 (mine was 1.5), looks like it's not a problem.

Comments

Congrats to you! I feel you completely as I went through the same problems Except diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in February and told I would be able to conceive and my dr said my fertility was way off. But here I am 8 weeks! A happy and healthy 9 to you! :)
