Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives

BFP at 15 DPO, 6 months TTC, 1 loss.

After a bunch of BFN, I shared my BBT chart with the Kindara community and realized I have been marking O wrong!! I believe now that it happened on or near CD 18 and have adjusted the DPO days accordingly (you'll see that I was testing too early).

5-7 DPO low abdominal cramps like mild AF. No blood.
6-7 DPO gastro upset. No fever so not sure if sick. Constipated but that's not exactly new for me, I don't usually hurt from it though.
6-7 DPO cervix seems low/open but I never really pay much attention to this.
7-8 DPO CM creamy but not a lot.
5-7 DPO random short dizzy spells when I move my head quickly (like when changing lanes in the car). This happened in previous pregnancy.
8 DPO Sooo exhausted today but got in bed a little late. 4-5 DPO I didn't feel like doing much either and had plenty of sleep.
7-8 DPO breasts mildly tender

Stopped paying attention for a while because of several BFN... then realized my DPO days were 4 days off. BBT has stayed in the 98s.

13-14 DPO Temporal headache off and on throughout the day. AF-like cramps. Tender breasts, very sensitive nipples. Creamy CM.
15 DPO TWO BFP THAT MORNING! Both faint. (Negative at night, was just curious.) No cramps, tender breasts.
16 DPO Blood draw this morning, waiting on results. Boobs hurt.

Cautiously optimistic!! 5 week loss two months ago so I'm really scared...

Congratulations! So exciting :) I'm on 11dpiui and have had many of the same symptoms you've mentioned, hoping for my first ever BFP in a few days!
