Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives
BFP with super faint line at first!
Here are my TWW symptoms. They weren't all that significant, with a few exceptions: I ovulated late (it would have normally happened on the 21st or so, but didn't actually happen until the 25th - I was really happy to have the OPK's and temperature charting so that I was fully aware of that). Then, I think on the day I ovulated, I FELT it - very unusual, because I think the most I've ever experienced at O day was a little twinge or something. But this was a full-on cramping sensation on my left side that lasted a few hours (not terribly painful, but very noticeable). I experienced more cramping like that a few times over the next week (just the left side), but not since then.
Other symptoms were the kind that could have been explained away by something else or AF: stuffy nose, really tired in the evenings, mild PMS cramps - I really did feel like AF was coming. Except, I didn't get really bloaty feeling right before, and my skin didn't get real oily like it normally does.
In fact, I was so ready to not be pregnant this time, that I didn't believe the tests the first two times I took them; the first one was taken on a whim a few days before AF was due, and at night. There was just barely a line, and it could have been a shadow, it was so faint. The second one (the next morning) didn't develop after 2 min., so I got in the shower, expecting it to be a negative. When I got out, more than 10 minutes had passed, but there was a faint positive. I figured it was probably an evap line. So the next day, I did 3 tests!!! One of them was the Clear Blue Digital, which I was saving for a "make sure" moment - that one I did last. The first one (store brand) looked positive, but those lines are so fuzzy. The second one (dollar store cheapy) didn't really show anything (but then gave a faint positive later), and the digital came up positive so fast I gasped when I saw it. That's the first time I really believed it was true! (I did another one the next day - EPT - just to be sure; definitely BFP!)
