BFP Stories
Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives
God's Promise, My Rainbow
Hello All,
I am so excited to be able to finally post my BFP story! This is my first time posting but I had a natural miscarriage at 10 weeks in August of last year, followed by chemical pregnancies in December and January. We are very hopeful about this one and pray this will be a happy & healthy 9 months!
I actually didn't have any symptoms with my first pregnancy/miscarriage except for sore breasts. This time, I had just about all the early symptoms and am embracing them all.
Day 11: Ovulated very early due to delayed AF from chemical pregnancy, dream I was holding a giant, beautiful fish
1-3dpo: Light cramping
4-5dpo: Light cramping, milky discharge
6-8dpo: Light cramping, discharge, back pain
9-10dpo: Light cramping, back pain, major acne (the only time I get pimples is when I am on my period, and I usually only get one), light fever (people kept telling me my face was red), major headache, BFN both days
11dpo: Light cramping, back pain, headache, fever, more acne (on my chin, under my nose, side of forehead), BFP!!! Tired all day
13dpo: Today- feeling nauseous
Things I did to help:
- Ate pineapple core after ovulation
- Took vitamin b6 everyday with my prenatal vitamins (Whole Food brand, 50mg) I called my doctor's office when I had my chemical pregnancy in January because I had so much pain. They told me I was probably getting pregnant too late in my cycle and since I have a short luteal phase (12 days), I kept having chemical pregnancies. I looked up short luteal phases online and read that b6 would help. I am going to keep taking it since I heard stopping can cause spotting and I heard it also helps with morning sickness.
Thanks to God! Wishing you all healthy & happy pregnancies!

Lutel Phase
I was just reading about your short luteal phase and I think I may be in the same thing. I have a very, very normal 25 day cycle, but have not been able to get pregnant yet. I have been have a lot of promising symptoms this cycle, but still spotting throughout. I am hoping for a BFP in a couple of days, but if not, I will be trying the B6 and pineapple core next round. Please look at my sympotms so far and let me know what you think.
OK, so my husband and I have been trying for 7 months now. This is the first month that I have had all these symptoms, but some of them are confusing. We tried mucinex for the first time this cycle. Other than that, just opks and very regular 25 day cycle. Please give me your thoughts!

Response
Hi Suzzette! I usually have a 26 day cycle (O on day 14, 12 day LP).
Your symptoms seem very promising! Spotting seems right on track with implantation. You can start taking b6 now and it should help with nausea. Good luck to you ♥
Short LP
Thank you so much for your comments. I have never really commented on anyone before when I saw you giving God the credit and then read about your cycles, I felt like sharing with you. Please pray for us that we will get our BFP soon too!
