Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives

TTC 3+ Yrs - BFP 3 IUI - femara and trigger shot

Like many others ive read this thread over and over again in hope that someday I could share mine!

We've been TTC for 3 1/2 years without success. We're both 32, did all the tests possible at a fertility clinic but they found nothing except I have a low ovarian reserve, but I sill ovulated each month... and his sperm count is above the average. So we got a diagnosis of unexplained infertility.

Between IUI 2 and 3 we took a break off meds for a few months (4 months) I was exhausted from all the medication I took over the last 3 years.

All 3 IUIs were with Femara and Trigger shot. The 3rd IUI I was pretty sure I was ovulating the day of IUI because of ovulation pain (which I haven't felt the other time), I also had on and off ovulation pain during the TWW. Other than that no symptoms... 4 days before testing I started having sore breasts so I was convinced AF was about to show up. Then 16 days after IUI I tested on a dollar store and had a positive... I couldn't believe it since I've never ever, of my entire life, had a BFP. I took a digital and after what felt like hours I saw a YES. I'm 9 weeks pregnant today, We saw a little hart beat on ultrasound last week, so we're just hoping for the best.

Through all this journey, I always thought to myself that I'd never get pregnant. Like a gut feeling. So don't lose hope. Never. Stay strong. Cry yourself to sleep but pick yourself up the next day and don't give up. Because you never know how close you are.

So exciting to hear this! Congrats! Hope for a healthy and happy 9 months. I too have felt that I was never going to get pregnant but I pray God blesses us with a yes!
