WOW!!! 7 Months and Finally BFP

Wow I can't actually believe I'm pregnant! Just had it confirmed by the doctor, still haven't had any positive hpt's lol! But then I'm only 13dpo. I have haunted this site this month as I was absolutely SURE that my symptoms were pregnancy! By yesterday I thought I was going mad lol! But it turns out I'm not mad after all!!
1st of all I'd like to say thank you to God. Thank you to my wonderful partner, and thank you to all the ladies who have posted here, it gave me hope and without that I would have given up!

Things I did different this month: SMEG (sperm meets egg plan... Lifting legs up and bicycling in the air) lots of fun!! Did my temps with FF, Green tea before ovulation, pregnacare conceive multivitamins, and for the 1st time I prayed!

Ov day: BD'd (I'm sure this was the day I conceived) sharp pain and I get radiating pains down my legs so I know I definitely ov'd, temp dropped and I knew my temp rise would come tomorrow.
1dpo: breast tenderness (very unusual for me, doesn't happen at all, not even when af is due). Huge temp rise so ovulation was confirmed.
2dpo: bbs still mildly tender
3dpo: again mild breast tenderness. Maaaaajor headache today, although could be from the whiplash I recently had. Hungry, irritable and hot flashes. I'm thinking my progesterone must be way above normal. Must get that hormone test done next month.... Also lots of creamy CM, milky texture, unusual for me, I hardly get CM.
4dpo: mild breast tenderness. Hungry, some uterine cramping that felt like af on her way, much too early!!
5dpo: mild breast tenderness, fatigue, Very irritable, bloated and gassy. Again with the almighty headache. Think that there may be a chance I'm preg so I don't take anything for it and put up with it.... ALL day!!
6dpo: the weirdest of all the days... Very fatigued, moody, a can't be bothered with nobody attitude. Massive temp drop, I'm paranoid that there is something wrong with my luteal phase but then console myself thinking it may be an early implantation. Then out of the blue, I get a MASSIVE glob of CM (sorry if too much info), had to check in the loo to see what the heck fell in there! Looked like egg white CM but was much thicker and kept its shape. Hmmmm, never happened before...
7dpo: temp rise again. Still got the tender breasts. Still hungry, still gassy, still fatigued... Awful constipation today, I'm usually the opposite! I put it down to the multivitamins I'm taking.
8dpo: BFN in the morning. Lost hope as I thought 6dpo may have been implantation. However, I crack on with life :) bbs still tender. Hungryyyyy. Had an uneasy sleep this night.
9dpo: another BFN. Hmmm maybe I'm mad but my bbs still hurt and is it just me or are they somewhat bigger??.... Constipation today is horrendous! Actually look pregnant! And I'm only a little thing!! Temps still up.

10dpo: even bigger temp drop than 6dpo, ok, I'm thinking I'm out for this month, going to take a lot to recover from that drop and my LP is only usually 12 days. However, very milky cm and lotsssss of it. Usually I'm dry...!had a fever in the evening, just didn't feel right, insisted on lying on partners lap like a baby and have him cuddle me! This night I had bad... No, make that severe, stabbing pains in my breasts!! Took my breath away! Never EVER had that!! By now I KNOW I'm preg :) weird dreams also.
11dpo: lazy day! Still got the sharp pains in breasts, constantly feel like af is going to show up. Feel very emotional today and cry at the end of Lord of the Rings: the Return of the King!! Thinking I need to get a grip!! Breasts definitely larger, veiny, areola are bigger and ever so slightly darker. This night I have acid reflux, its like everything I have eaten all day won't go down, yuck!
12dpo: BFN with frer, BUT I do think I saw a line... Must be imagining it. Breasts still stabbing the crap out of me. Mum forces me to drink fibogel (gross btw) to help with my bloatedness and constipation, partner forces fruit n fibre cereal upon me which I HATE, but omg I love now!! Lol! Partner had one beer at the pub 2day and I could instantly smell it. I could smell it all night! I thought he had drank a whole bottle of JD by the smell of it but nope, one beer! Haha! Period should have come today but no sign. Lots of heavy pressure in uterus area, feels like pulling.
13dpo: very nervous today, got the doctors and I just know they are going to give me the answer I want... They tell me I'm pregnant! Woohoooo! Both of us very happy but kind of in shock too. We don't want to get our hopes up after a mc at 6weeks back in Feb. Today I noticed ewcm, my cramps have died down a bit, my boobs are veiny and big, the areola is big and has lots of little white spots on them, kind of like milk spots that babies have. I felt very hot and faint at the docs but that could have been nerves. My pulse was whacking the roof and my blood pressure was higher than normal (usually I'm low). I woke up at 4am and NEEDED cracker bread and a yogurt! Very hungry today. Very happy :) !!!

The things that stood out for me were the 6dpo glob of CM, the stabbing breasts, and the acid reflux. Also the early cramping I was having, I only ever cramp on the day of af so I knew that it was unusual. I am not blessed with large breasts, but I must say that the breast changes were extremely obvious BECAUSE my breasts are small (32C) and they feel quite lumpy. The tenderness is around the sides and underneath. I don't have sore nipples at the moment, I'm sure that will come though lol! I also think I'm going to be one of those women who get evening sickness rather than morning sickness because of the bad reflux at night. It comes on at precisely half 9pm! And I have been waking up at precisely 4am hungry. I love my sleep too much! So that was very unusual, I think its my body telling me I'm in for a shock when baby arrives and its kicking me out of the habit of enjoying sleep haha!

So that's my story! For reference I am 26 years old, I have had 3 chemical pregs and 1 mc. This will be my 1st beautiful baby and I'm really praying that our bean is a sticky one!!
